  • "Loved our stay at Barn End."

Lovely welcome pack. Downstairs is open plan with stairs up to a bedroom and 2nd living room and bathroom. Up again to 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. All very clean and well equipped. Daughters and partners unable to join us due to covid. We'd certainly consider returning for them to enjoy the space too. We saw red squirels and rabbits and the sheep in the field behind.

I’m so glad you saw the red squirrels… they are a new addition to the farm estate and we all love them! We would welcome you back with your family that missed out on the trip last time. Property Owner

Nice big enclosed garden for the dogs and children. Quiet countryside location with easy access to island and mainland attractions. A second lounge is an added attraction.

Very clean and spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and in a great location. Ideal for our family holiday, 5 adults, a 2yo and two dogs! We hope to come back again next year. Lovely handmade welcome card, tea bags, milk and cake waiting when we arrived. Highly recommend!

There is large garden over looking fields which was great to sit out in the evening watching the sun go down. It was that good we have already booked for next year, we highly recommend staying here.

  • "We thought that the property is excellent, in a lovely location and well set out."

You are provided with everything you need and there is ample space, we were a party of 3 couples and a toddler plus a dog. The only negative comment I would make is that the sofas have been well used and are not very comfortable.

Thank you for letting us know about the problem with the sofas. On inspection we found that a number of the springs had been broken and we did not know about it. The springs have been fixed and the sofas are once again nice and comfy! So glad you enjoyed the ample space and lovely location of Barn End. Property Owner

  • "A really lovely property on a fabulous estate that has been very well converted from an old barn."

The grounds are very well cared for and it’s a peaceful haven away from the main towns and busy beaches with such a nice outside area that we happily spent time playing with the kids and relaxing in the garden. All of the rooms are very spacious with big beds and lots of clothes storage. The property is clean and well maintained with everything you need. Lovely touch of a little gift pack of local foods on arrival and practical things like Dishwasher and Washing Tabs left in a little cleaning pack. We didn’t want to come home and will definitely be going back.
