The property

Ael y Bryn is a welcoming, family friendly holiday house located near Malltraeth, Anglesey.

It is set in rolling Anglesey countryside with an amazing outlook towards Snowdon and the Llŷn Peninsula.

In a blissfully peaceful spot, this is the ideal holiday house for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ael y Bryn is all on one level, making it an ideal holiday house for families and groups of all generations.

It also commands incredible views from the windows throughout! The sitting room has an open fire, with comfortable sofas all around it, making it an ideal place to sit and relax in the colder months.

There is also a Smart TV in this room, but it’s unlikely that you will need it with the stunning views from the many floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped with everything that you could need for your self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher!

There is also a bright dining area in the kitchen plenty of seating around it.

Ael y Bryn also has a separate utility/boot room, which is the perfect place to leave muddy boots or sandy beach gear!

This is where you’ll find a small chest freezer, washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom has a double bed.

There is also a twin room with 2ft 6inch beds.

There are two further en-suite twin rooms.

These both have walk-in showers, a loo and a wash hand basin. The main shower room has a corner cubicle, loo and hand basin.

There is also a separate cloakroom with loo and hand basin. Outside you’ll find a large paved terrace with seating and a large lawned garden, perfect for garden games in the spring and summer! A 10 minute walk takes you down to the picturesque Malltraeth Estuary, ideal for spotting local wildlife and a spot of fresh air.

Jumping in the car, a short drive in either direction will take you to some of the best beaches Anglesey has to offer.

Newborough is beautiful with its sand dunes and forest - ideal for days out with the family trying to spot red squirrels.

Rhosneigr, a fab seaside village has shops, cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy.

The island of Anglesey can offer a fabulous family getaway.

The small village of Newborough (Welsh spelling: Niwbwrch) lies on the edge of forests and dunes at the south west corner of Anglesey. Close by is Llanddwyn Bay, renowned as one of the finest beaches in Britain, ideal for swimming, canoeing, beachcombing and birdwatching or just relaxing! Behind the beach, the 1500 acre sand dune system of Newborough Warren is home to skylarks, meadow pipits and oyster catchers as well as toads and lizards and is protected as a National Nature Reserve. The Tan y Foel horse riding centre is within 3 miles of the village centre and Anglesey Sea Zoo, Foel Farm and the Anglesey Sea Salt are only a short drive away and make a fun day out for the whole family. Nearby Aberffraw is the home of the Anglesey racing track and will offer an exciting day.
