  • "We had a lovely holiday at Crows Nest Cottage."

It is in a lovely quiet location with beautiful views from the balcony. Great for all sorts of wildlife, birds and even a red squirrel seen most days. Central for some fantastic country walks. The owners are very helpful and make you feel so welcome. Definitely recommend and would like to return. Wynne, Debbie & Bean (The Border Terrier)

  • "A really lovely Cottage in a great setting and location, with fabulous Host's 'Adrian & Linda'."

Very warm and welcoming in everyway, and this was reflected in the pride that they both take in the 1st class presentation. Not only of the Cottage itself, but also of the surrounding grounds and everything within it! Great views, some great local walks, and we were very fortunate to experience the great weather that the Isle of Anglesey can offer!

  • "Lovely building."

Very shabby and tired interior. Cheap and shabby bedding and towels. Throws on furniture that should have been thrown . Needs redecoration and refurnishing. Such a shame because with some love and care could be a beautiful place

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for your stay. We are very sorry to hear that you did not like the interior of our property, we spent a lot of time during lockdown 're-vamping' the cottage but do try and stick to the cottages authentic 18th century roots in regards to decor. We have however replaced all throws throughout the property as we are aware these can be worn down faster than usual as we are a pet friendly property. We take great pride in our cottage and thank you for visiting us. We hope you and your dogs enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

Ligwy Beach is superb for swimming and Danny is in the sea at least once per day close to High Tide----Adrian and Linda have done a great job in making the site so interesting and so peaceful Danny is nearly 14 now and we want him to have more chances to enjoy the spot-----------Best Wishes----Richard,Sara and Danny.

Indeed,my view of what he has done with the property and it's surrounds is 5 star+ It is clear that the work done and the approach to it is nothing less than awe inspiring. The property is full of good ideas and reflects the love devoted to it. That is why I feel the owner deservesnot to have his ship spoiled for an 'appeth of tar'. He requires it to be kept in pristine condition with more thorough cleaning. He deserves nothing but the best.

There are loads of nice beaches around and as we were very lucky with the weather it was great for the dog who loved the sand. I would recommend this house if you like old properties and aren’t bothered by the odd cobweb,it has loads of character,a nice change from the sterile box a lot of rentals are becoming.Would book again.
