“My name is Stephen Gaines I was Philips travelling companion it was a present for my 60th birthday we were meant to go in June it was around £376 but because of covid 19 it had to be changed i thought it was a bit much to be charged over £500 for this week as the pandemic was not really our fault and felt there should have been a discount .”

Myself am a regular customer of yours go every year and have another one booked in 2 weeks. About the property it was good great area nice bungalow nice owners who were very helpful, thought it looked clean. But i got flea bites on my ankle it was from the bungalow not outside, this has never happened before and there were dead insects in the lounge in the corners and in my bedroom i had to hoover them up this i did not like and have to say it spoilt my holiday, in my opinion there seems to be a problem there. I am not a person that complains alot but thought you should know and am a regular customer of yours for many years
