  • "Lovely cottage friendly helpful hosy"

  • "A really lovely place, cleanliness could have been better but nothing awful."

We couldn’t find any scissors so bought some and left them, also oven gloves would be helpful as all we had was the kitchen towel to remove items from the oven. We had to leave early due to a family crisis but would definitely go back in the future.

  • "This is a lovely house, well located for the good beaches in Anglesey."

If I am honest it could do with a little tlc, perhaps a repaint and some touching up here and there. The garden is very basic, with only sparse grass to speak of. However the hot tub was a great asset, and enjoyed by the whole party. The beds were comfortable, and the linen clean. The kitchen is well fitted with washing machine and dishwasher at your disposal. However, I think the kitchen utensils need upgrading. Knives were quite blunt, and only just enough knives and forks to go round for one course. The same with tea plates and breakfast bowls. Having said all that, we had a great time, and would probably return, as everyone enjoyed themselves enormously.

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback, much appreciated. With regards to the cuterly, not sure if you knew, but we have 2 drawers full of knives, forks , spoons etc? These are in the top drawers on either side of the cooker which would definitely go round 2 or 3 courses. With regards to plates and bowls, we will get some more this week for the house to top it up. I'm so glad you all had a great time at Cregyn Mor and thank you for leaving the house in an excellent condition. Kind regards, Llio Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely holiday and any concerns we had, as soon as we contacted the owner, they sorted it out."

The house was lovely and spacious. The parking for 4 cars was a manoeuvre exercise each day, especially if we wanted to go out at different times and the road you are coming in from is a narrow one with cars parked opposite. The hot tub was great and the enclosed garden was good for peace of mind for dog safety too. The house was very comfortable and family friendly. We would definitely come again.

  • "We enjoyed our stay and the property was nice but needing a bit of tlc."

Lots of holes and marks on walls throughout the house. It was not as clean as it could be, cobwebs inside patio door, dried mould in drip tray of coffee machine. Broken leg on chair in lounge, dirty tissue on floor behind chair in main bedroom. The grass also needed cutting in the garden. On the plus side, there was a well stocked kitchen, and lots of toys for the children to play with. It was also a nice bonus to have a hot tub, put in before we arrived.however my biggest issue is having to chase for the return of the £100 bond. We cleaned the house from top to bottom before leaving. It was cleaner than we found it, but despite this my messages to the owner were read but not responded to until today when I threatened to take it further. Only then was the money refunded, tonight. We had a similar issue with a previous booking via yourselves last year with an owner accusing us of a number of faults to claim against us. This has now made us very wary of booking through your company again .

Two adults, four 8-12 year olds and a one year old....everyone was well catered for. Baby was kept safe with two baby gates which pleased me because I have one at the top and bottom at home. Very well kitted out and comfortable all round

  • "Had a lovely stay at Cregyn Mor, it's a very clean large spacious house, perfectly located in a secluded street yet still close enough to all the main roads leading everywhere."

We did however have difficulty getting the car onto the drive way on occasions when there was a van parked opposite. The kitchen is very well appointed and well equipped with good quality appliances however the cooker hood controls are very high up, of our party (4 adults) it was only myself who could reach them. The internet wifi is very limited, if both my daughter & myself were working on line with our laptops my wife was unable to watch Netflix without us all loosing connection. The owners communication with us was excellent & we look forward to staying again in the future.
