  • "Probably the most "home-from-home" we've experienced in a holiday cottage."

    Everything you could need. Beautifull and amply furnished. I do wish it had been a little clearer that the garden wasn't directly connected to the house. The dog LOVES being outside and it was a shame I couldn't just open the door and let him out.

Due to Trearddur Mews being an old farm complex the layout of buildings and their gardens is a bit odd. We hope to see you all again Property Owner

    Could do with some extra pillows in the bedrooms but otherwise a fantastic home.

    Hi, thank you for your comment and lovely review of our property. Will have 2 pillows on each bed for each person which we have found is more than adequate. We had a policy of leaving extra pillows in each room but we found these were being taken home by guests. We hope the lack of an extra pillow did not detract from your stay but if you visit us again we are more than happy to supply you with extra pillows on request. Property Owner

  • "Lovely spacious property in great location, having the benefit of an amazing garden ."

    We had a really good stay . General wear and tear on paintwork and behind blinds needed a wipe . Nice added touch of the bottle of cava on arrival . Perhaps a welcome pack of bottle of milk ,butter and bread maybe something owner may consider . All in all great stay

    Many thanks for your comments. We will pick up the blinds and paintwork with the cleaners and maintenance people. The property is due its refresh in the new year of paintwork etc too. We did used to provide an essentials pack but found it was often wasted as not they type / brand customers wanted so stopped but are more than happy on request to add in in readiness for an arrival. Boasting ample off-road parking, well-presented interiors, and huge, private garden to accompany, this charming property welcomes a family of six, or even a group of friends sharing, who are after a relaxing, self-catered escape near one of North Wales's most desirable coastlines.

Step into your new home-from-home, unpack your belongings, and make the most of the open-plan living areas.

A fully-equipped, galley-style kitchen awaits the designated chef, where all the appliances you could need are on hand to rustle up delicious, home-cooked meals that can be savoured around the dining table.

About the location


Holyhead 2 miles.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
