The property

Occupying the first floor of the owner's detached holiday home, this superbly-located self-catering holiday apartment benefits from private internal stair access, and is situated in the heart of the thriving seaside resort of Trearddur Bay, on the popular Isle of Anglesey.

Enjoying stunning sea views and just 100 yards from beaches and a launching slipway, this delightful apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests, making it ideal for young families.

The accommodation includes a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, three practically-furnished bedrooms, and a spacious sitting room with stunning views to the seashore, boat moorings and beyond.

Outside, your apartment has a private driveway and a secluded patio area for soaking up the summer sun or enjoying alfresco dining into the evening.

When the owners are not in residence you also have full use of the half-acre garden, though with beaches so close it will be difficult not to spend your time playing on the sandy shore and exploring the coves and rock pools.

The apartment is across the road from a popular bar with restaurant, and only a short walk from the centre of this lovely village, with the main beach across the road.

After a day visiting the beach or enjoying one of the many coastal walks from the doorstep, you can return to this lovely Trearddur Bay apartment and relax.

About the location

Holyhead 2 miles.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
