The property

Tucked away on the outskirts of the ever popular seaside resort of Trearddur Bay, on the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, just 200 metres from the sea, is this delightful ground floor apartment.

Only 10 minutes’ walk into the resort and main beach, this lovely apartment is ideal for families to enjoy and offers comfy accommodation accessed from a communal hallway enjoyed by just 3 other properties.

The sitting room is open plan and feels bright and airy, with two comfy leather “conversation” sofas, an ideal layout for board games, playing cards or just relaxing.

From here, step out onto a communal lawned garden with private bench seating for the apartment, which offers a sunny outdoor space to sit with a refreshing drink.

The dining table provides a central area to gather for informal dining or tasty evening meals prepared in the small but practical fitted kitchen, with slim line dishwasher and mini washing machine.

The master bedroom benefits from a king-size bed, with a further double bedroom and a triple bunk bedroom with a double bed below and single on top.

There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle, allowing everyone to freshen up quickly after a day on the beach, before heading into town to enjoy one of several excellent restaurants on offer.

With free off road parking in a shared car park, you will be able to park your car and not need to use it again until you leave, as there is so much to do in the area.

Walk sections of the Anglesey Coastal Path which runs past the drive and opens up miles of coastline, including award-winning beaches, craggy cliffs, rock pools, watersports and wildlife galore.

This is a fantastic coastal apartment for you to return to again and again.

About the location

Holyhead 2 miles.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
