  It’s so spacious and the decor is beautiful. Beds are comfortable, welcome basket is amazing and the open plan living areas are great. We will definitely be back. Perfect place, not one negative.

• "Maes Llwyd is a fine example of a perfect holiday home."

  We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotlessly clean and was perfect for our family needs. The owner let us know when the house was ready for us which was before the official 5pm and there was a lovely hamper left for us which included lots of goodies including everything for a hot drink on arrival to a couple of bottles of fizz once the children were in bed. There was always hot water and everyone’s shower was powerful. The beds were comfy and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A high chair, cot and stair gate were also provided. We usually head to the Llyn and bypass Anglesey but we all loved the island as much as the Llyn and will definitely return to Maes Llwyd. We left a teddy and phone charger which was kindly posted on to us. Would recommend The Oyster Catcher in Rhosneiger for good food and Greenwood Family park near Caernarfon for an adventure day out.

• "Maes Llwyd was a great venue for our family."

  Facilities couldn't be faulted nor the cleanliness of the property. Having en-suite in every bedroom certainly was a bonus. Peaceful and private location and not far from local amenities. All in all a great place and would highly recommend anyone contemplating a stay to do so.

• "The house was amazing, if I had 2 things to mention is that we found the duvet ..."

  The house was amazing, if I had 2 things to mention is that we found the duvet on the bed downstairs very warm, maybe the option of a top sheet would be a good idea and also when putting the dishwasher on the hour cycle the dish’s didn’t always come out clean, but this is me being picky, sorry But really this was a fabulous vacation thank you

  Thank you for your feed back we will look into sorting something out with the duvet, the dishwasher 1hr cycle is recommended for lightly soiled dishes…. I checked the troubleshooting list in the manual or would have thought the same as you Property Owner

• "Beautiful house in a great location for exploring Anglesey."

  Perfect for four couples, we all had our own lovely en-suite shower rooms and plenty of space to park four cars. The outdoor seating area was great in the evening.

  The owners Della and Kev are very welcoming the can't do enough for you! Lovely hamper and prosecco on arrival thankyou! Set in a lovely quiet location with a great garden huge living room and fantastic kitchen 4 great bedrooms with amazing showers we are all going to miss. We didn't want to leave definitely going to book again.

• "Wonderful base to explore Anglesey, fantastic facilities, lovely bedrooms, ground floor bedroom with wet room ideal for anyone with mobility problems, my wife loved it."

  Living area and kitchen are large, lovely tv on wall. Nice to watch the sun go down in the garden, with the flames lit on the table there. All the family, three generations, loved it.

• "The listing shows the property being on the opposite side of the road than it actually is."

  Also the what three words on the directions details are not correct. The property itself is fabulous and located in a really tranquill area.

• "We are 4 couples of a certain age , who go away together every year , looking for high standard self catering properties with 4 double en-suite bedrooms , this fitted our needs completely, it is one of the best houses we have stayed in , spotlessly clean , very comfortable , lovely position and met all our needs ."

  The house is spacious with everything we needed to self cater , and in beautiful area so quiet and peaceful , but you definitely need a car to explore beautiful island of Anglesey.

• "Absolutely fabulous!"

  The cottage was perfect for our family holiday and suitable for all 3 generations. The property is spacious, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. The mountain and countryside views are great and we loved all the wildlife - I was particularly fond of the visiting pheasant. The ground floor bedroom with wet room was perfect for my disabled Dad and they even provided a shower seat. I highly recommend this property and would love to return. Thank you so much

• "Maes Clwydd is an excellent holiday house, very well provided for, warm, spacious, and in peaceful surroundings."

  We enjoyed watching the spring lambs and listening to the owls. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children and the garden was great for ball sports. Della was on hand and very helpful. I’m sorry we all forgot to fill in the visitors book before we left.

• "What an absolute amazing place."

• "There were 6 adults, a 5 years old, and a 2 year old."

  We had the most fantastic time. The property is amazing! Not just the location, but the standard to which the cottage is held is wonderful! We were never too hot or too cold, even in the terrestrial rain! Simply a perfect property with incredible owners. We will 100% stay again and I would recommend any family to stay in the property!

• "This place is beautiful and definitely home from home."

  Very spacious, clean, well equipped and finished to a very high standard. I took my elderly and disabled parents for a week and found that it was all easily accessible with the wheelchair, the downstairs bedroom and wet room was perfect. Dellah the owner was really helpful and provided a shower chair which was great. Set in a beautiful quiet location within easy reach of lots of places. We will visit again. Thank you.

• "Fabulous week."

  Perfect environment. So clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was the ground floor wet room had nothing to hold onto in the shower and the floor was so slippy. Which I suppose was just personal preference but a shame as the ground floor facilities were ideal. The ramp in the garden an added bonus too for the wheelchair.

  Thank you for your feedback I’m sorry to hear there was a slight issue with the wet room the floor tiles are nonslip and I’m sorry that you felt they where slippy I can only think that they had not rinsed properly and there is a shower chair available on request and would have provided it if requested even after arriving at the property …. • "Wow! What can I say about this beautiful place."

  The house is immaculate with no expense spared on comfort, the views of the mountains and the tranquil location means you will not want to leave. The beautiful welcome hamper we received was so thoughtful and a lovely touch. It is in a perfect location for exploring Anglesey and north wales, with most places only being 20 Mins away. The local town has everything you need and more with breathtaking beaches which we often walked on late at night to see the sunset. A special thank you to the owners who when realising my little girl had left her otter teddy behind sent her a little message and pictures of the ‘otter’ playing in the garden before being returned back to us. Do not hesitate with this place…. BOOK, BOOK, BOOK. We will be back very soon. Thank you.

Super clean and completed to a high standard with everything you could think of and more.   Every creature comfort you would ever need and so stylishly done. Having 4 bathrooms (with a downstairs toilet too) was pure luxury and meant we were always out on time! The weather let us down but having a fabulous house just to relax in made it all worthwhile.

• "This house was stunning."

  The design was spot on for anyone with a disability as there was a ground floor bedroom with a wet room. The outside too also accommodating anyone with a disability to access the seating area. The decor and furnishings were of the highest standards. This was better than “home from home” comfort. From the moment we approached the property and stepped inside, it was the “WOW” factor. The other 3 bedrooms all had huge en-suite’s and quality shower rooms. The bedrooms were huge, beds and pillows were comfortable, with quality bedding and towels. We cannot rate this property highly enough, the owners have truly put so much thought into this property. Thank you for sharing and for the wonderful welcome pack too…a lovely surprise on our arrival. The location is perfect too, just 5 mins from Benllech and it’s stunning beach. We all throughly enjoyed our time at Maes Llywd and we didn’t want to leave.

• "The holiday accommodation was like having a hotel standard with all the amenities of a house and it started the holiday in such a great way."

  It was exceptionally clean and also all the equipment was thoughtfully planned for all you would need. Absolutely everything was efficient right from the start, the professional way staff answered queries, the emails, directions, codes all came on time. The welcome pack of eggs, milk and cakes with additional tea/coffee/sugar and bedroom toiletries was delightful. Anglesey and Snowdonia are very special places and it is more than likely we will come back and definitely use the company again. Just wish we hadn't had to leave.
