Nearly the whole first floor is dedicated to the open plan living area.
The focal points in this room are the lovely arched windows and a beamed ceiling.
The seating area has two squishy leather corner sofas set around a TV with video, DVD player if you can tear your eyes away from the views through the window.
There’s also a CD player.
The dining table is solid and sits up to eight.
The spacious and well equipped kitchen has all you need to make cooking on holiday easy.
There’s a separate utility room with a sink, boiler, washing machine, a ‘Sheila Maid' for drying, and plenty of space for storing walking gear.
Steps lead up from the sitting room into a cosy gallery - here you can curl up on the comfortable sofa with a good book and a glass of wine!
Downstairs are four bedrooms which are a good size.
The master bedroom has a 5' bed and a single bed, a TV with Freeview and an ensuite shower room with large shower, loo and wash hand basin.
There's another double bedroom with 5' bed.
There are two single bedrooms, one of which also has a trundle bed.
On the upper floor is a single bedroom.
The large, bright bathroom has a double-ended bath, separate shower, loo and wash hand basin.
The shower room has a wash hand basin and a loo that boasts a great view!
At the front of the house is a small neat lawned area with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Ideal for an al fresco dinner, or your morning cuppa!
There’s also parking for two cars.
