  • "The house was really comfortable and well equipped situated in a lovely quiet location which made for a peaceful and relaxing break."

The only downsides were the location of the freezer and washing machine in a bedroom and the difficulty we had operating the oven! However we had a lovely time and would consider coming back.

  • "We had a great 2 weeks in this immaculate, comfortable and well equipped cottage."

It is furnished to a high standard and with quality fittings, kitchenware and linens. The setting is quiet and the views from the front garden are wonderful. The back garden is a sun trap. It is well positioned for exploring both Anglesey and Snowdonia. The owners, Lynne and John, were very helpful and responded to queries immediately. We can thoroughly recommend this property.

  • "What a beautiful cottage."

Very well appointed and lovely to have a bedroom each for my friend and I. The weather could have been better but even so we always felt we were ‘home’ when we entered the door. Hope to be back soon.

  • "A well equipped, clean and comfortable cottage."

One of the best we have stayed in. The only let down was the lack of any form of welcome pack. At over £600 for a week in October, a few basic supplies (bread, milk etc.) would have been appreciated; as they were at another of your cottages we stayed in this year. Hence four stars instead of five. There was also a lack of any local information regarding pubs, takeaways or shops. Covid is not an excuse for this lack of attention to detail.

  • "The bungalow we stayed in was lovely no problems only we didn't think the washer and freezer should no be in a bedroom ."

Also we had to move the settie a little as my friend is disabled in her one leg so we parted the settie and when we moved it it was disgusting I don't think it has been cleaned under it for months . We cleaned cobwebs away around the lounge due to having a few spiders I saw one crawl from the radiator and when I moved the cover omg there was some cobwebs . I or we loved the bungalow but more care should be taken and more cleaning done rather than just top clean . All bedlinen was first class attention to detail was spot on .

  • "This property is immaculate and everything is to a high standard including the utensils!"

Nested in a lovely private development with views to the front of snowdonia. We were a family of four with two boys aged 7 and 9 so this cottage was perfect for us. Great base with most places of interest around 20min drive. I highly recommend this properly and Anglesey blew us away with its beautiful beaches. Only negative is you have to drive to get anywhere but meant you were in the middle of everything. Don’t miss out on Llanddwyn beach, Crab catching at Beaumaris Pier (we caught 44!) and Rhosneigr has a great restaurant/bar called the Oyster catcher. It had a live band on outside and the balcony over looks the sand dunes. Porthdafarch, Holyhead is a lovely quiet bay if you want to escape the crowds. Aber falls is also 20min away for a beautiful walk suitable for all children & stunning waterfall. We tried Lee’s Chinese in the village which had great food - cash only and no delivery service but only five min drive. Gaerwen arms is a lovely restaurant/pub but expensive. Great high quality food and surroundings. Don’t hesitate in booking!
