"What a gem of a holiday home, it has everything you need to make your holiday extra special."
It’s ideally located for some fabulous beaches (Newborough, Church Bay, Trearddur Bay, Rhoscolyn) to name but a few. We loved the coastal and forest walks and the weather was superb for June. We can’t wait to return!

"We have recently had a lovely holiday staying at this cottage."
It is warm and welcoming and has been tastefully furnished with everything you would need for your stay. The views from the lounge and the patio, towards the sea, are stunning whatever the weather, and in the evening you can see the light from the Skerries lighthouse. Although situated down a country lane and very peaceful, it is close to the A5025 which gives easy access to Cemaes and the beautiful coves and beaches nearby. The owner, Ceri, who lives in the farmhouse is very friendly and helpful, aided by his lovely collie Fflei. We can highly recommend and would love to return.

"This was our third visit to Plas y Brain."
We love how peaceful it is and the views are gorgeous - the photos of the property really don't do it justice. The cottage is comfortable, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and is conveniently located for Cames Bay and exploring the island. Our teenage son also appreciated that there was lots of outside space for football!

The views were great, especially at night watching the 'Skerrys' lighthouse.
Always peaceful and quiet, with the beautifully paved outside area complete with a picnic table.

Ceri a great host. WiFi issues but Ceri doing everything he can to sort it. For those who eat in every now and again the oven needs a jolly good clean.

"Absolutely beautiful cottage in a stunning location."
It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious, we enjoyed every second of our weeks stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Lovely big porch/utility room to store your wellies, coats and shoes, which housed a washer/drier too which 3 of us and a dog fitted in when we returned soaked from a walk one morning without standing on each others heads!
There was a fully stocked cupboard containing every manner of cleaning product which saved us space in the boot (always wonder what to take and what will be supplied) including ironing board, iron and hoover. We were pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee and milk left for us by the owner which was a lovely touch. Two double bedrooms, one with access to a small patio, while double doors led from the living room to a larger patio with fantastic views of the horizon which included the sea and the light house. We were incredibly lucky with the weather and explored a different beach each day, our favourites were church bay, sandy beach and Lligwy beach. The last two were huge and virtually empty which we loved!
The cottage is down a long hidden lane next to a large house, (sykes directions said it was a bungalow and we drove past it at first because we were looking for a bungalow not a house) its location is ideal as you feel remote with only the sounds of birds yet you are only 5 minutes from the main road which takes you all around Anglesey.
Watched foxes playing one morning and there was also a large buzzard we watched hunting most evenings. We also walked the coastal path which had absolutely incredible views, a brilliant holiday would love to return and would definitely recommend, 10 out of 10 from us!
