  • "The accommodation was fantastic, clean, well stocked and rooms were very spacious although the hot tub is looking a bit tired."

The garden could have done with a BBQ, table and chairs and padding for the furniture as they were unusable. A great location for a quiet UK get away. The chip shop / corner shop was great but it was unfortunate that the pub was still closed due to COVID. We had hours of fun crabbing by the bridge. The beaches on the west side of the island were very clean and water crystal clear. The transport museum and miniature village well worth a visit.

  • "Lovely clean property that accommodated a party of eight very well."

Unfortunately, the location now lacks an adjacent pub, which means at least a 10 minute drive to find one.

  • "When we arrived the garden was unkempt and scruffy including glass on the lawn."

The communal areas were also tired and grubby looking. The kitchen/dining area the dining table felt very sticky and so cleaned it and the cloth came up very dirty. The splash back areas need attention and wiping as splash marks visible. There was a long fair hair on the top of the microwave where it hadn't been wiped. I did call the number provided, I was offered a reclean but we had a large party with us and a food shop arriving so we declined this due to children's bed time.

  • "We spent a fabulous week with the family at Sardis Chapel 2."

The property was very clean and finished to a really good standard; A few things would improve it. A much bigger fridge is needed and the outdoor space cannot be enjoyed as there is nowhere for the guests to sit together. The only thing that has been provided is a very uncomfortable two seater chair with no seat pads! These issues let down what is otherwise a really good property which is well situated to explore the wonderful surroundings of Anglesey. We hired bikes for the day and the property is situated just by a great cycle route. The walk by the estuary, through the forest and down to the beach was also fabulous.

  • "Beautiful house."

Very high spec. Large rooms with lots of space. Immaculately clean. Could do with a bigger fridge for 8 people. The only letdown was the garden a very uncomfortable 2 seater settee (again not big enough for 8 people ) and the grass was awful to sit on. Quite remote. ( which we didnt mind) . Pub wasnt open so cant comment !! Approx 7 miles to the nearest supermarket ( we had ours delivered on the first day ) which we were so glad we did. lovely walks around and about 5 miles to Newburgh beach which was lovely.

  • "Stunning holiday home with a great location and great facilities."

It was very spacious and the hot tub and garden was a real bonus with the weather. Only issues was everyone was awake by 7am due to none of the rooms having curtains making the rooms very bright and difficult to sleep in. In addition, there was a neighbour who kept trying to talk to us and made some inappropriate remarks about some of the girls staying there, making them feel very awkward.

  • "We had a great 4 night stay."

The house was in the perfect location, spacious and clean. Measures for COVID were great. Louise quickly responded to any questions we had and allowed us to check in an hour early which was much appreciated. The house was amazing and well equipped - the hot tub was lovely too! The only thing we couldn’t find were plastic cups for use in the hot tub, but apart from that everything was perfect! The location was lovely to take an evening stroll over the estuary and all places we wanted to visit tended to be around 30 mins to get to, which was ideal! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend visiting Llanddwyn Island and South Stack Lighthouse if you love a good view and a long walk!

  • "I would have liked a washing line for swimwear from hot tub , outside table and cushions for eating and sitting outside ."

Could have done with a bigger settee in lounge for 8 people . Everything else was excellent.

Oven slightly too small for 8 people & could do with some plastic cups etc to enjoy drinks outdoors too! Would definitely recommend

Very spacious and clean. 5 minute drive from a gorgeous pub called Tafarn. We will go back again. Perfect location and scenery. Owners let us have a later checkout which was perfect. Highly recommend x

  • "Location was brilliant and the cottage was beautiful."

Could have had better kitchen facilities, ie bigger fridge freezer and storage for foodstuffs. Small electrical fault with a bathroom light which has dodgy connections. Property manager was very helpful and let us stay a little extra to watch the rugby!
