Sitting in the heart of Menai Bridge, there’s plenty of fantastic things to do, walks to walk and places to eat and drink right on the doorstep. The living space is all open plan and is located on the first floor.

The sitting area has sofas and chairs set around a coffee table and TV.

Doors lead out to a balcony which has patio furniture.

Sit out here in the sunshine and you can watch the world go by! The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

The washing machine is in the ground floor utility room.

Next to the kitchen there is a dining area with table and chairs, seating up to four people. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with king size bed.

There’s a further bedroom that offers flexibility as the bed can either be made up as a king size or twin beds. The ground floor bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is a balcony off the living area, however there is also a small enclosed courtyard to the rear.

There is off road parking for two cars at the front of Ar Lan Y Mor. Ar Lan Y Mor is a short walk from Menai Bridges High Street which offers a choice of places to eat and drink from a Michelin Star restaurant to a good old fish and chip shop!

There are great walks from the doorstep, including one that takes you along the banks of the Menai Strait and under the Menai suspension bridge.
