The property

The owners of this bright, modern bungalow have taken great care to provide you with all you'll need for an enjoyable and relaxing break in this popular corner of Anglesey. The sitting room offers views towards Snowdonia, and is furnished with deep, comfortable sofas and a modern electric flame-effect fire for colder evenings.

Features include a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. The laminate floors and white units make the kitchen a really bright and contemporary room.

It is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, ironing facilities, deep freeze, microwave, electric cooker and oven.

The dining table and chairs seat four people. The second sitting room opens onto the garden, and has a CD player as well as plenty of books and games. There are two bedrooms.

One double and one twin-bedded room.

The bathroom has a bath, with electric shower over, corner loo, wash basin and heated towel rail. There are lawns at both the front and the back, and at the rear is a patio with garden furniture.

The garden has a lovely view onto open fields with pretty stone walls and lambs playing in the gorse. Trefor Newydd offers peace and quiet, along with lovely views over this well tended estate.

A short stroll takes you into the bustling town of Menai Bridge which has interesting shops, pubs and restaurants, and a good delicatessen/cafe.

Visit the increasingly popular Plas Cadnant Gardens or take a boat ride on the Menai Strait. Whether you're seeking gorgeous beaches and pretty coves, or the exhilarating challenges of Snowdonia's mountains, you'll find them just a short drive away.
