Well equipped and very clean house, but the double bed was very firm It was in a good location for exploring North Wales / Snowdonia The sunroom / conservatory was good, but noisy when it rained Parking in the corner against the wall was an art which we quickly perfected There was no instructions about recycling which was a shame

  • "The four of us and our Border Collie enjoyed our stay at the end of July."

The house is well positioned and easy to get to the places we wished to visit. The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay, the beds were comfortable and the towels are of a good quality and the shower was awesome. On the down side the parking space is a distance away from the house and unless you're really confident at reversing into tight spaces and if your car doesn't have reversing sensors it may not be the house for you...that said if you are a competent driver it is a designated space and it is off road. Another annoying point was the toilet seat which we renamed the Bronco seat as it would slip to one side and almost launch you off the toilet. It looked as if the design of the seat didn't suit the shape of the toilet. One last point, you may wish to take some ear plugs with you as the seaguls become very loud early in the morning. We loved what we called the 'secret beach which is down an overgrown path beside the health centre, a really lovely place for our dog to swim at the end of the day and a great place for skimming stones. On our arrival we were greated with a bottle of wine and some lovely cup cakes and there was also milk in the fridge for a nice cuppa after our long journey. There's a Tesco Extra in Bangor approx 5 miles away which is easy to get to which is on the same road as some major retailers such as Next, Tk Max, Sports Direct and the like. After plus point was that Domino's Pizza deliver from Bangor which after a day in the mountains was exactly what was needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

  • "You could not provide us with the cottage we originally booked due to work to be done to the boiler, you gave us the 3 that were available for the week we had booked, they were cheaper, but the one we stayed at really needed some TLC and parking was a walk away and with cases etc for 4 ppl it was not really suitable."

Good location for both Anglesey (great coastal walks and beaches) and the mountains of Snowdonia.

  • "Equipment in kitchen was good."

Rest of house was mish mash and didn’t match. Was made to think it was a cottage not a terraced house. Hard work transferring from car to house. Not a nice area. Had to use car to go anywhere. Needs plenty of TLC.

Many thanks for your feedback. Whilst we appreciate your opinion the property does reflect the images on the website. The description does advise that it is a semi-detached property and again is as seen in images. Regarding the local area, whilst we are aware that the weather was poor during your stay- previous feedback actually states how nice and quiet the village is. • "The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for our stay."

Far better inside than the outside of the property looks. It was a little on the small side for us as we didn't feel like we could use the conservatory or decking area as they are very over looked (a blind or some fabric at the adjoining side of the conservatory would add an element of privacy). A real shame as we had some great weather! Need to be pretty good at parking too as it’s a very tight spot you need to get into!

Very clean house. Hot water pressure needs to be rectified as it is comes out at a very sluggish speed in the shower.
