As much as I was really impressed with the apartment sadly I wouldn't return simply because of the noise from the apartment above

  • "We have had a lovely comfortable stay at Bryn Derw."

The weather was very unkind on our week stay but the holiday place was cosy and warm the beds and sofa were very comfortable its was like home from home. Easy access to get to anywhere on Angelsey or to the bridge to the mainland would definitely stay here again 10/10.

  • "House was absolutely beautiful."

Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Lovely touches with tea and cakes on arrival were very welcome. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Only slight is the location directions, we followed the postcode sat nav to address and it sent us to a neighbours house. Luckerly the neighbours were lovely and very helpful and pointed us in the right direction.

  • "A lovely clean and modern property, very close to Moelfre centre."

I agree with previous reviews that a freezer compartment would have been very helpful! Also, please lose the wall at the front of the property; if there was no wall , 3 cars would have fit on the drive. However, we could only manage to negotiate two small cars on the drive , and one of those had to stay put all week, due to the small opening in the wall for driving through , and the right angles against the house . Our other car had to go on the road . Having said all that , we had a great week and the ground floor apartment (there's another apartment upstairs ) was very comfortable. There is now a washing line in the garden.

  • "Had a super week at Bryn Derw, the location was superb, with lots of walks and beaches within a short distance."

The village also had all facilities needed for a great holiday. The property itself was very spacious. It was extremely clean and comfortable with good quality fixtures and furniture. The beds were super comfortable and large shower was great. Kitchen was well equipped but would benefit from a ice compartment in the fridge and a washing line would be helpful in the garden. We would definitely return as we had a wonderful time.

  • "Fantastic apartment in Moelfre."

5 minutes walk to beach, shop, cafe and pub. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was big with a great shower. Facilities were all as described and nice touches such as teabags and Welsh cakes left for us. Highly recommended!

  • "The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable and the perfect base for exploring Anglesey."

Very well done out, practical and a superb place to stay. Everything was new and clean, would recommend a few additional bits such as access to a hoover to keep on top of cleaning (dust pan provided but not great for carpeted areas) and some sharp knives in kitchen would help with meal prep, but overall a fantastic place to stay. Loved the welcome with teabags, milk and delicious Welsh cakes was a lovely touch and just what was needed after a long drive. Most welcoming and comfortable all round.

  • "The accommodation was first class, warm and comfortable."

No problems with anything, it was spotlessly clean and everything appeared to be brand new, all good quality furniture, fixtures and fittings in new condition, nothing was tired or marked. (I think that we were the first people in the property after a serious refit.) Both the lounge/diner and the kitchen were excellent. The bathroom was very nice and again, everything appeared to have been very recently installed. The property was both quiet and well situated for seeing the Island and had off road parking. What more could you want?
