The property

A charming first floor apartment with sea views, above the owner’s convenience shop in the pretty picturesque former fishing village of Moelfre, on the beautiful east coast of Anglesey.

This spacious and airy apartment provides an ideal base for exploring the hidden treasures of the island and this beautiful part of North Wales and will suit couples, friends and a family wishing to spend quality time together.

The apartment is well-maintained and attractively furnished providing a comfortable, well-equipped base for your holiday, carefully styled with a modern, homely feel.

The airy living accommodation has a welcoming and relaxing feel to it and enjoys fantastic views of open fields with the Snowdonia mountain range in the background, coupled with an incredible view of the sea and Moelfre Bay.

The kitchen area is modern with a breakfast bar for a more casual breakfast or morning cuppa, with an additional table and chairs in the dining area for something a little more formal.

Both bedrooms are delightful with comfy beds for a good night’s sleep, with the main bedroom benefiting from having a king-size bed.

The balcony, with Rattan outdoor lounge furniture and table and chairs, is ideal for alfresco dining with the family or simply for just sitting and relaxing with a refreshing drink and watching the boats in the bay, and an ever changing vista and sunsets.

Enjoying a sunny aspect, the balcony is perfect for some sunbathing if you just want to top up on your tan!

Situated above the coastal path and a short walk from the pebbled beach, this delightful apartment is perfectly placed for walks on the doorstep or family fun down at the beach.

The owner’s tea room ‘Swigr Lwmp’ is situated across the road and open all year round, where you can enjoy a browse at the local crafts and paintings on display, or enjoy an ice cream or afternoon tea after a day on the beach.

If you don’t fancy cooking there are two pubs/restaurants in the village, with the Kinmel Arms being less than a five minute walk away.

Moelfre has many attractions, including the active Lifeboat Station and Seawatch Centre.

A perfect location for a quiet escape away from it all, or a family holiday, with two superb beaches within 500 metres, numerous renowned golf courses, medieval castles, fishing and watersports.
