The cottage

Tyn Lon has sea views towards Lligwy Beach and Dulas Island with its stone tower.

This traditional farmhouse offers fabulous living accommodation including downstairs bedroom and bathroom, nearby the popular seaside town of Moelfre and on top of this is a short walk to the beach.

This is the perfect holiday home for the whole family.

The well equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The open plan kitchen/diner leads out to the rear garden and there is a wall mounted TV, sofa and dining table for eight. In the utility room is a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, second drinks fridge and espresso coffee machine and hanging space for outdoor clothes.

The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa, flat screen digital TV and wood burning stove.

On top of this are books, games and a IPod player.

There is a downstairs bedroom with zip and link beds that can be made as a super king on request.

The ensuite to this bedroom has an electric shower, basin, loo and radiator.

Upstairs has 1 twin room, 1 double room and 1 single room with wooden cot.

The upstairs main bathroom has shower over bath, loo, basin and electric radiator.

There is an enclosed rear garden and a paved terrace area with views of the sea in the front.

This includes garden chairs and table.

Storage for bikes and ample parking for cars. The beds will be made made up as advertised, if you would like a different bed configuration please contact Menai Holidays 7 days before your arrival.

Situated on the beautiful east coast of Anglesey, Moelfre is a delightful seaside village, boasting little cottages, a picturesque port, a beach, fine views of Snowdonia, a working lifeboat, and two quality pubs/restaurants. Visit the hugely popular local Seawatch Centre, enjoy fishing or watching sea birds, seals and even dolphins, or discover wonderful cliff-top walks with stunning mountain views. The village has many historic links, the most recent being the site of the tragic Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859. There are stunning sandy beaches nearby, at Benllech and Lligwy, and the lovely Red Wharf Bay, with its miles of open sands and birdlife. A perfect location for travelling around this lovely island and throughout beautiful Snowdonia.
