The property

Parc Cottage is a luxurious barn conversion located just outside the village of Newborough in Anglesey, North Wales.

Situated just 2 miles from Llanddwyn Bay and close to Newborough Warren, this delightful accommodation is ideal for families or a group of friends who wish to explore this beautiful area in North Wales.

On the ground floor, there is a contemporary open plan living area offering the whole group plenty of space to either sit back in the comfortable leather sofas whilst watching a film, or enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen.

There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, a twin room and a comfortable double room with an en-suite basin and WC ideally suited for those with limited mobility.

The modern bathroom features a large wet-room power-shower with a fold down seat, and a separate bath.

Upstairs you will find two welcoming bedrooms, a double and a twin room, underneath the sloped ceilings.

You can enjoy the evening sun outside in the enclosed garden, and relax with a refreshing drink on one of the two patios.

Or spend the day at Llanddwyn Bay, one of the UKs finest beaches, and enjoy the abundance of watersports activities available.

Birdwatchers will love the sand dunes of Newborough Warren, a national nature reserve home to skylarks, oyster catchers and meadow pipits.

The small village of Newborough lies on the edge of forests and dunes at the south west corner of Anglesey. Close by is Llanddwyn Bay, renowned as one of the finest beaches in Britain, ideal for swimming, canoeing, beachcombing and birdwatching or just relaxing! Behind the beach, the 1500 acre sand dune system of Newborough Warren is home to skylarks, meadow pipits and oyster catchers as well as toads and lizards and is protected as a National Nature Reserve. The Tan y Foel horse riding centre is within 3 miles of the village centre and Anglesey Sea Zoo, Foel Farm and the Anglesey Sea Salt are only a short drive away and make a fun day out for the whole family. Nearby Aberffraw is the home of the Anglesey racing track and will offer an exciting day.
