  • "Enjoyed our stay at this property, which was cosy and had everything we needed."

Neighbours very friendly, and we were even treated to the 'fun' of a run away flock of sheep in the road one morning. Weather could have been better to get the 5 stars!

A nice bungalow good sized rooms with all that you need and well placed for all shops ,there is a path down to the beach just below bungalow,we used the inn on the bay for most meals cheaper than the sea shanty and better portions, maybe if we went again would bring our own tv so we could sleep in the bedroom with French windows there is a tv point there, the bed is not a double but quite big,we have slept on a ferry to Brugge single bed both of us so sure we could manage in that bed Paul & Joan

  • "Been there a few times."

Looking a bit weary, in need of an update. Gardens need a bit of attention too. Otherwise no problems. We love the location and the layout of the property. The directions you give, say; turn right at a kayak shop? Never seen one!!. It maybe that it has changed to "Warmer Bros studios".

  • "The property was in a residential area close to the shops."

The neighbourhood is very nice and people friendly. You have a sea view from one window in the lounge from a distance which appealed to us. The furniture is very outdated now but as we are older and used to this traditional look didn't bother us too much and also we paid less as it was out of season. If I had paid the full premium in summer I think it would have been too high as the sofa was torn and curtains dowdy. It was a pity that the dishwater didn't work despite following all the instructions. On the whole we enjoyed our stay, it was a very homely property, spacious and clean..

Great place very quiet, a few issues like chipped bowls, plates, no instructions for gas fire it didn't seem to work, garage was very untidy, clothes line was worn and rusty, steps to rear garden were very steep and had missing loose tiles, property needs a bit of TLC ,

  • "We were quite pleasantly surprised at how nice the bungalow was, the photos didn't do anything to show what it was really like."

We enjoyed the lovely views of the sea from the living room window. All the facilities were there that you would want. Home from home really. Friendly neighbours, and quite close to local shops although you do need a car as it would be too far to walk to. For the money very reasonable.

  • "This cottage is perfect for us, spacious and comfortable, and, we like birdwatching."

It is a stones-throw from a pebble beach that is habitat for numerous waders, geese etc.. Supermarkets and pub 2 miles away. On Anglesey nothing is too far away, and there are numerous beautiful bays to visit. And very scenic countryside. One tiny thing..on the directions it says turn right at the Kayak shop. This is our second visit and we haven't seen a kayak shop. I think that shop is now.. Warmer Brothers Studio. A heating appliance shop.

  • "It is spacious and well-equipped but the property needed to be cleaned properly ie."

kitchen & bathroom wiped-down and other rooms dusted, not just hoovered. The sofa and chairs in the lounge were very old and getting thread-bare in places. The front door and garage doors looked ancient and in need to replacement. Access to the rear garden being via the main bedroom was also a poor feature.

  • "The only disappointment we found was that the beach a few minutes walk away was not possible with a wheelchair."

It was via a grass and stone path with several steps at the end and the beach consisted of large stones. As we book holidays that give access to a beach this was a shame.

Directions could be better and kept up to date. If a property has a name on the booking details, then it should have a name actually on the property. The property was spacious and tidy, and on Anglesey you are never too far from anywhere. Local supermarket and pubs close by. It was Ideal for us as we both birdwatch.
