"A nice bungalow good sized rooms with all that you need and well placed for all ..."
A nice bungalow good sized rooms with all that you need and well placed for all shops ,there is a path down to the beach just below bungalow,we used the inn on the bay for most meals cheaper than the sea shanty and better portions, maybe if we went again would bring our own tv so we could sleep in the bedroom with French windows there is a tv point there, the bed is not a double but quite big,we have slept on a ferry to Brugge single bed both of us so sure we could manage in that bed Paul & Joan
"Been there a few times."
Looking a bit weary, in need of an update. Gardens need a bit of attention too. Otherwise no problems. We love the location and the layout of the property. The directions you give, say; turn right at a kayak shop? Never seen one!!. It maybe that it has changed to "Warmer Bros studios".
"The property was in a residential area close to the shops."
The neighbourhood is very nice and people friendly. You have a sea view from one window in the lounge from a distance which appealed to us. The furniture is very outdated now but as we are older and used to this traditional look didn't bother us too much and also we paid less as it was out of season. If I had paid the full premium in summer I think it would have been too high as the sofa was torn and curtains dowdy. It was a pity that the dishwater didn't work despite following all the instructions. On the whole we enjoyed our stay, it was a very homely property, spacious and clean..
"Great place very quiet, a few issues like chipped bowls, plates, no instructions ..."
Great place very quiet, a few issues like chipped bowls, plates, no instructions for gas fire it didn't seem to work, garage was very untidy, clothes line was worn and rusty, steps to rear garden were very steep and had missing loose tiles, property needs a bit of TLC ,
"The inside was very worn out sofa and chairs deed a new one."
Chipped plates cups bowls shower did not look clean i think the phots of it needs new phots to show inside better
"It was great place to come back to every day We travelled all over the North of Wales Very good"
"Great bungalow and super location."
Close to major supermarkets and lots of lovely beaches Close by.
"Lovely bungalow in a beautiful area nice and quiet"
"Excellent location, quiet, and a great base for exploring the west of the island."
Decor dated, but bungalow spacious and comfortable, plenty of storage space.
"We were quite pleasantly surprised at how nice the bungalow was, the photos didn't do anything to show what it was really like."
We enjoyed the lovely views of the sea from the living room window. All the facilities were there that you would want. Home from home really. Friendly neighbours, and quite close to local shops although you do need a car as it would be too far to walk to. For the money very reasonable.
"This cottage is perfect for us, spacious and comfortable, and, we like birdwatching."
It is a stones-throw from a pebble beach that is habitat for numerous waders, geese etc.. Supermarkets and pub 2 miles away. On Anglesey nothing is too far away, and there are numerous beautiful bays to visit. And very scenic countryside. One tiny thing..on the directions it says turn right at the Kayak shop. This is our second visit and we haven't seen a kayak shop. I think that shop is now.. Warmer Brothers Studio. A heating appliance shop.
"Looking forward to coming back next year, booked already"
"Lovely quite location with 1 or 2 superb views"
"The cottage is getting a little tired but at the same time it is very comfortable."
"A real home from home, relaxing and comfortable."
"The bungalow is pleasantly located and on a quite estate nice and handy place ..."
The bungalow is pleasantly located and on a quite estate nice and handy place for seeing Anglesea, easy access to Holyhead and a large shopping area with many larger shops,
"We have visited this cottage twice before so knew what to expect."
It’s perfect for us.
"It is spacious and well-equipped but the property needed to be cleaned properly ie."
kitchen & bathroom wiped-down and other rooms dusted, not just hoovered. The sofa and chairs in the lounge were very old and getting thread-bare in places. The front door and garage doors looked ancient and in need to replacement. Access to the rear garden being via the main bedroom was also a poor feature.
"The only disappointment we found was that the beach a few minutes walk away was not possible with a wheelchair."
It was via a grass and stone path with several steps at the end and the beach consisted of large stones. As we book holidays that give access to a beach this was a shame.
The cottage had everything we needed.
"Lovely quiet setting and very nice comfortable bungalow with a superb shower Perhaps needs a little spruce up with such things as the information pack."
No Dvd player which was a little disappointing Overall a great base to stay, ideal for visiting the North West of Anglesey
"Lovely relaxing long weekend."
Super area to get out and about from.
"A lovely cottage in an excellent location!"
"Great quiet and friendly location and cosy property."
Lots of amenities close by. Easy stroll to the pebbled beach and 5 min drive to several shops. The property owners were very helpful as were Sykes customer services prior to our visit. Would stay there again.
"We found the bungalow quite easily and we were very surprised at how roomy it was, it had all the amenities you need & more the location was very good and there were plenty of places to go to around the area."
All in all it was very good.
Directions could be better and kept up to date. If a property has a name on the booking details, then it should have a name actually on the property. The property was spacious and tidy, and on Anglesey you are never too far from anywhere. Local supermarket and pubs close by. It was Ideal for us as we both birdwatch. The shingle/ mudflats were 1 minute from the door, with a good variety of bird-life.. very good!!
"A great cottage, perfect for us, second time visiting."
Comfy, well set up, warm, cosy, good TV, good Internet. Thanks.
"Loved this location."
So easy for exploring and so much to see. Wonderful walks nearby and the nature was incredible. Just like to say we like to cook but the kitchen knives were a bit blunt, will visit again but will bring a steel
"All holidays start with the accomodation In this case the cottage exceeded all expectations, clean spacious and located in the perfect spot for discovering the rest of the island, three mins walking distance from the break water beach 6 mins by car to Holyhead and all the major stores i."
E. Tesco, Morrisons B& M. The old ferry terminal were you can watch the ferries come in while you are relaxed doing a spot of fishing which was the purpose of this holiday We will be back again.Thank you to the owners Rev Jane and Tom for making our stay memorable
"We were disappointed with some of the cleaning."
The t.v. was covered in fingerprints we had to clean it also window in the kitchen needed cleaning. A few of the mirrors had marks on them the small freezer in the kitchen was absolutely full of ice we had to defrost it before we could use it.
"This location and facilities are ideal for the requirements of my family when visiting this area."
Close to the family who live here and ideal for my disabled sister.
"Very pleased, our third visit & will be booking again soon, (EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNERS REVD."

"The holiday accommodation exceeded our expectations."
It was one of the most comfortable ,warm, and well equipped places we have stayed in . The wifi and separate bedrooms for the boys was well received. The owners were friendly and informative. To top it all the weather was kind to us which enabled us to see Anglesey at its best. Will definately book the property again , and take my mother.
"Nice location near many attractions, the bungalow was very spaceous, Quite and nice to park car at front door, about 3miles to nearest supermarkets, and a very nice Marston pub, but in the vilage there was plenty of pubs and a chinees, we enjoyed touring the Anglesea for the first time and visiting museums and met many friendly people, made welcome where we went."
