The property

Perfect for families or a group of friends, this cottage provides a great base from which to explore all Wales has to offer, and is ideally situated for a fun seaside holiday for all the family.

The cottage has a spacious interior, arranged over two floors with a good-sized open-plan interior.

This extends into the conservatory where you can unwind with one of the many provided books, whilst the children enjoy playing a game of table football.

The kitchen has plenty of worktop space and cupboards, and all appliances are integrated with the addition of a very useful breakfast bar and dining area with seating for eight people.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king-size bed and the spacious and well-appointed family bathroom has a bath as well as a separate walk-in shower, and a ground floor shower room.

There is parking for five cars, and the enclosed patio enjoys a wonderful sunny aspect for most of the day.

Relax and enjoy the sunshine and as the sun starts to set, sit on the comfy sofa reminiscing on the day and continue enjoying the outdoors long into the evening.

Or take advantage of the large hot tub, which sits under a gazebo, so whatever the weather, you can always enjoy a long and relaxing soak.

Trearddur View is centrally located in the heart of Trearddur bay and is a stones throw away to the sandy beach and all the amenities.

There is a selection of shops, fine pub and restaurants that are all within easy walking distance.

Watersports, sailing and windsurfing are a popular activity across the bay, especially in the summer months.

It is also a great place for nature lovers with renowned bird watching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to accompany your stay.
