  • "Absolutely loved the location and it was an ideal property for grown ups with little ones."

    The quality of all aspects of the property is outstanding and very well eqipped. Quirky layout but that only adds to the charm. Location feels like you are in the middle of nowhere yet all major supermarkets are within 10 minutes drive. Loved how the Summer house in the private garden was so well eqipped and on our first evening, using the properties crabbing gear we caught a mound of big crabs from over the garden wall....yes, that is how close you are to the water. The walks from the front door are many and varied and the terrific variety of different sea birds and waders you can spot from the property ( with binoculars0 was fab. All in all one of the best Sykes properties we have stayed in ( and we stay in plenty). Only one drawback is parking. For a property sleeping 6 where you need at least two cars to get there, there is only provided parking for one car and so you depend on the goodwill of the neighbours for the parking of a second. Other than that we would have no hesitattion recommending this to prospective clients.

    Lovely garden space to sit and relax. Very comfortable, cosy cottage, excellent kitchen and equipment. Lovely touches all around this quirky but well furnished cottage.

  • "Brilliant property, idea location, great setting."

    Only minor issue is there is only 1 allocated parking spot, if 2 families came to utilise the sleeps 6 facility, then parking would be an issue. We had one car however and absolutely loved our holiday, will book again.

About the location

VALLEY

Trearddur Bay 4 miles.

Valley is a popular village on the north west coast of Anglesey. It is on the Anglesey Coastal Path with plenty of wonderfully scenic walks. The village boasts a variety of shops and restaurants, two hotels and a café, and is only four miles from the renowned beach resort of Trearddur Bay and Rhoscolyn. Here you will find a beautiful sweep of grassy coastline with rocky coves and award-winning sandy beaches, as well as a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. Other nearby attractions include the South Stack Lighthouse with its RSPB Reserve, the port of Holyhead, with its regular ferry links with Dublin in Ireland, and easy access to the coast road around Anglesey with delightful beaches to visit and a host of other attractions to please the most discerning of visitors.
