  • "A fabulous week celebrating our parent's diamond wedding anniversary at this perfect family home."

Thank you for sharing your wonderful property.

  • "The house is great and something special so overall our stay was really good ."

We had all our immediate family with us so the space was superb and everyone enjoyed the stay . There were a couple of things missing that would make the stay even better ! The main bathroom shower was in need of some attention - the water was far too hot and the temp control made little difference - the shower hose could not be used unless held We really struggled with this shower and in the end gave up on it but a few adjustments I am sure will sort it . ALSO there is no tumble dryer which is needed for such a big house with several guests . Take NOTHING away though from this beautiful house just hopefully take note of the minor issues to make things just that little bit better for other guests Love Red Wharf Bay and we hope to be back

  • "Lime Kiln is amazing, we had a lovely week and was sad to leave."

The house is very comfortable with a great lounge and fabulous bedrooms, the views are spectacular. The house was extremely clean and everything was provided for you and we didn’t want for anything. We all had a great time.

  • "Left the property a day early as the road noise was awful."

The property was good but issues with electrical supply due to faulty toaster , Bi-fold doors needed maintenance as door handle broken so unable to open. Carpet threadbare in places in bedroom . Beds were comfortable though but for the price we paid we didn’t feel it was great value I’m afraid.

  • "A couple of maintenance issues that need addressing."

Bifold doors don't open, one of the showers needs fixing. Dish wash tabs, kitchen roll and loo roll needed buying.. All very minor points!

  • "I think the property was excellent."

Some Road noise if you leave Windows open.Important to note that it is not suitable for young toddlers as there are Cliff edges in the garden and the main road cam be accessed through bushes as there is no perimeter fence. We were there with Grandchildren and felt constant supervision was required. That said the internal facilities were excellent.

It's a great location for exploring Anglesey and also great for relaxing with your family.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lime Kiln, which although we were aware beforehand was a large property, we found really spacious and well laid out."

Often, when self catering in the past, we have inevitably found one or two things disappointing - well in this case none of us could think of a single thing to critisize. The property was excellent and its location could not have been better, being situated on its own and yet in very easy walking distance of Red Wharfe Bay, and easy driving disrtance to many attractive locations in Anglesey. A totally wonderful holiday experience - even the weather behaved, which was not your responsibility.

  • "No mention that the property is very close to a busy road and therefore very noisy."

Also exiting the property required great care as blind to traffic from right.

  • "As a child we passed this house on the way to the caravan in Benllech."

I always thought it the most beautiful house I had ever seen. I knew we had arrived on holiday when we passed this house. What a lovely experience to now bring my family to stay and fulfill a childhood dream. We have our own holiday house in Bull Bay, but I could not resist booking this for my birthday - its been a joy and brought back wonderful memories of childhood days. Beautiful!
