The property

Centrally located in the North Wales village of Rhosneigr, is 1st Floor Flat at Wylfa, a well-presented, first-floor flat within a three-storey house.

As you enter property, the lounge invites you in to relax and cosy up in front of the open fire while you settle in to watch TV with your loved ones after a long day at the beach.

Moving through the property, the kitchen greets you with all the amenities you need for your self-catering requirements throughout your stay, including an electric cooker and a microwave to whip up some tasty meals, all to be enjoyed in the dining room with the group while you discuss the day's events.

As the evening draws to a close, make your way to one of the two bedrooms, both continuing to showcase the property’s attractive blue and white nautical theme, with a king-size, double and a twin bedroom to choose from, offering a bright and airy space to prepare for your day.

Completing the interior of the property is a family bathroom, fit with a bath, overhead shower, basin and WC, where you can soak in the bubbles of a deep bath after a long day of walking, or simply freshen up between activities with a shower.

The property truly enjoys a prime location, being a stone's throw from the beach and a range of amenities, alongside the historic wonder of Barclodiad y Gawres and the RSPB Valley Wetlands.

The popular seaside village of Rhosneigr is situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, famous for its spectacular cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches. The village has a varied history including a 6th century church, tales of smugglers, famous off-shore shipwrecks and from the Edwardian era it has been a fashionable holiday destination. Today it is known for its magnificent beaches and renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants and shops in the village, with the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead (starting point for day trips to Dublin), and the city of Bangor within easy travelling distance. Rhosneigr is located near to RAF Valley, famed For Prince William's Air Sea Rescue training base. Alsolose by is the Anglesey Race Circuit, great for lovers or car and motorbike racing, while on the island you will find Pili Palas Butterfly Farm, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Beaumaris Castle. Boat trips around Puffin Island offer the chance to see nesting puffins and guillemots, or cross to the mainland and enjoy Victorian Llandudno’s shopping, restaurants and dry ski slope, Snowdonia mountains and the beaches of the Llyn Peninsula.
