“Access is gained by a keysafe which is situated in a relatively high position to the left of the front door.”

Bearing in mind arrival time was not permitted until 5 pm and it was dark at the date and time of arrival, it would have been impossible to see the code of the keysafe had I not had the foresight to bring a torch with me. Bearing in mind arrival time was not permitted until 5 pm and it was dark at the date and time of arrival, it would have been impossible to see the code of the keysafe had I not had the foresight to bring a torch with me. Further, as I am only just over 5 ft tall, this was made even more difficult as I could only just reach the keysafe itself. (I had to stand on my small suitcase to reach). I suggest the owner either lowers the keysafe and installs a security light which comes to to give some light to the area in the winter months, or at least suggests persons bring a torch with them. It was raining on arrival, and it took at least 10 minutes to access the key. Not a good start to a holiday! As far as booking the holiday with Sykes, the advertised price was £360. However, when booking via the telephone, I was charged £366. Upon querying what the extra £6 was for, I was told it was an "admin fee". Why is this not stated on your bookings page? I could find no reference to the extra charge anywhere on your website. With the current Covid 19 pandemic affecting the lives of many people, in particular their finances, I find this extra charge quite insulting to people who just want a holiday to help lift their spirits when times are so difficult.
