Wonderful position just a few minutes walk to all Rhosneigr offers. Plenty of room for 12 people, no shortage of seating areas.

  • "What a fabulous house!"

! We all loved it and would love to return maybe in more warmer weather!! The house was excellently appointed but maybe a little cold as regard to heating generally. We had a great HOLIDAY AND CELEBRATION!

The lounge area was perfect for a large group and all able to gather around the fire. The bedrooms were all great too with very comfy beds. The only thing that's missing is a hot tub in the large garden area. The location is second to none, with sea views and just a very short walk to the village centre. The weather was a bit wild whilst we were there so we didnt get out much, but the house made up for this. We did walk down to the Oyster Catcher to the cafe downstairs which was nice, and also had a nice meal in the village centre at Sullivans who were very welcoming. I think we will be back, but maybe when it's a bit warmer.

  • "A beautiful house in an ideal location with everything we needed."

I had problems with the sofas which were very low. Also the bin was not emptied before or during our stay so became overfull. Better instructions on where to leave it for emptying would be helpful. Apart from this minor hiccup I would definitely recommend Pen Lon.

It has space for all and we made the best use of that space. Small criticism, the sofas in the long were not comfortable. Last years were better. The Gazebo is too close to the Barbecue. The bath in the downstairs bedroom has no handles and is deep. This is not good if elderly relatives are using this room. Minor things. ... Continue reading

This was a big bonus for us. The garden was excellent for our young grandchildren, secure and safe. We were three generations and everyone enjoyed it.

Everything it promised to be and so much more. Beautiful house with perfect beaches at the end of the drive. The enclosed garden was a godsend with the children free to play safely. I can’t wait to go back again.

This is the perfect place for soaking up the ocean views and watching the world go by.

If you can take your eyes off the view, there is a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate snug room with sofa, bean bag and flat screen TV and DVD player on the same floor. Upon your return to Pen Lon after a busy day on the beach, you can make use of the well-equipped wet room which is accessed either directly from the beach through the garden or through the kitchen.

There is a shower with hanging space for clothes and wetsuits, loo and wash hand basin. Next to the wet room is a boot room which contains a washing machine and additional microwave. On the ground floor, tiled steps from the kitchen lead down to a unique, clever bedroom - you will see why when you get there.

There is a huge, super king size bed, comfy sofa and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin. On the middle floor there is a large bedroom with an Emperor size bed, sea views and en-suite with shower, loo, wash hand basin, and bath with a handheld shower attachment.

There is also a bunk room with full size bunk beds. The eye catching stairs with a beautifully turned banister lead up from the hallway to two further pretty double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds with sea views.

There is a delightful garden room with a comfy double bed and en-suite bathroom with loo, large shower and wash hand basin. The first floor bathroom has a bath and handheld shower spray, loo and wash hand basin.

There is a pretty, enclosed private garden with planted borders, lawns and terrace.

The subtle lighting, barbeque and garden furniture make this a great place for alfresco meals.

Or settle down in the afternoon with a book.

This is the perfect place for a little bit peace and tranquillity away from all the buzz! There is parking for 2-3 cars comfortably on the drive. Pen Lon is close to the centre of the village with a variety of shops, a watersports centre for kite surfing and paddle boarding and plenty of places to eat.
