  • "The cottage views are spectacular."

The bedrooms and bathroom are nicely presented. I was rather disappointed with the kitchen as it felt a bit rundown and the living space just wasn’t comfortable enough. The chairs and wicker sofa are uncomfortable and the whole area felt more like a caravan. Whilst the boat house is a nice edition with the games and pool table I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in there. The cottage was clean and the bedding and towels beautiful. Lovely welcome pack. Some cleaning products left too which I like. The garden is fabulous too. Sorry to be saying this but it wasn’t a patch on the cottage we stayed in last year booked through the same company and of the same rating. It is overpriced for the facilities and overall comfort.

It had everything we needed and more. The owners have really thought of everything. The views were spectacular. The garden was big and our pup loved it. Our daughter loved the games room with the ladder. She spent a lot of time in there. My husband loved the pool table. Our daughter has already decided we will be back next year!

You could tell a lot and thought and care had gone into making it a comfortable stay as all the facilities were superb. We spent as much time in the garden as we possible could as the views were stunning and there were lots of different seating areas to enjoy. The boathouse building was a bonus for the whole family too. The cottage is in the perfect for a 20 min stroll to the beach, the coastal path walks and for easy access to the surrounding area. We will definitely return.

The separate games room in the Boathouse was fabulous. Views are amazing from the garden. The whole cottage was wonderful. We visited in February half term and were a bit blighted by the storms, the wind had cracked a chimney and we were without power for a few hours one day but the owners were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, even though none of it was their fault they went out of their way to make sure we were ok and enjoyed our stay. We are so thankful and cannot recommend this cottage highly enough.

We loved the walks - to tiny coves you can only reach on foot - and also church bay cafe and The Lobster Pot within walking distance. Tonnes of options for a morning swim! The games room in the cottage is great fun, but we loved the good sized garden most, surrounded by sheep, with a fun firepit and spectacular views. Thank you Bryn Y Mor!

During our stay it was Nicks birthday and our belated honeymoon- the owners on finding this out gave us 2 extra days and a surprise of a bottle of champagne in the fridge. Everything there was amazing. We were so happy staying there and with the weather being on our side every day, we enjoyed the use of the garden and wonderful views. Also explored some beaches which duke enjoyed so much. Once we came back to the cottage, we lite the log fire in the games room, chilled and watch the sun go down and moon coming up. A comfortable, unique place to stay. We will be back. Thank you for the memories. 10 out of 10, first class and would recommend it to anyone.

The garden was a great space and we loved using the fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Lovely little welcome box with some milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplies. We wanted to social distance from people and managed to do this with ease at local beaches and walks. The host communicated amazingly with us. Thankyou. Family 2 adults, 4year old and 6 year old.
