  • "Bryn Mor is a perfect holiday home, set in a quiet rural location, with easy access to some great coastal walks and numerous beaches."

Spotlessly clean and cosy, with everything you need from a holiday cottage. A lovely garden surrounded by fields with sea views across to Holyhead. The games room was an amazing bonus and added an extra dimension to the week. Highly recommended.

The location was amazing, very central to amazing beaches, beautiful inside and out, loads of attention to detail here, lovely welcome pack which we all enjoyed, thank you Vikki. Beds very comfortable, absolutely spotless, I would highly recommend this cottage when visiting Anglesey. The garden was amazing and the dogs loved it. The games room was an added bonus for us as we love a game of pool. All in all we had a fab time and a Vikki was so lovely with her messages. Can’t wait to come back.

  • "Fabulous cottage and thoughtful hosts ."

We arrived to a welcoming Christmas lit cottage , which looked so pretty in the darkness after a long but worthwhile drive . A text , Christmas card and a box of chocs ( in addition to a goody box ) made us feel as if we were more than guests . Baskets of logs were already in place bedside the Ready to light wood burner , all we had to do was unpack and relax . We were extremely cosy and warm in front of the efficient log burner whilst storm Gerris raged outside .The uninterrupted views to the Irish sea gave a ringside seat to ‘ purple skies ‘ and a fantastic lighting display . The boat house ( with its own t.v and woodburner ) prevented any disputes over who watched what , perfect for families and partners alike . Our Border Terrier loved exploring the garden and was content to sleep on the underfloor heating in the ‘ boot ‘ room after long walks on beaches and coastal paths . All in all , cannot recommend Bryn Mor highly enough … try it for yourselves , you wont be disappointed .

Lots of outdoor space and lovely well maintained gardens. Sheep regularly pop down into the neighbouring fields so something to be aware of when bringing your dog as our colour wanted to herd them all. Lovely welcome basket with treats for the dogs and a beautiful bottle of wine. The annexe was great and Netflix was on there so that was nice too and the wifi worked perfectly. Only 1 mile walk to church bay. A few steep hills there and back for certainly gets your steps in for the day. Church bay is beautiful and well worth the morning walk for a dip in the sea. Very quiet at the house which was perfect. Would 100% recommend and return. Also vicki was fantastic

The property is beautiful and clean, the owners should be proud of their little gem. There is a games outbuilding and beautiful garden which is dog friendly. Waking up in the morning to a tea and the view of the bay and sheep was amazing! From start to finish the hosts were amazing. They left us with a lovely welcome pack which included a bottle of wine and some treats for our furry friend! Anglesey, especially Church bay, is beautiful and within walking distance to the property. The advice the hosts left in regards to places to visit, walk and eat were great! We can’t wait to book again and would highly highly recommend!

It’s been a perfect base for exploring Anglesey and wonderful to watch the ferries going in and out from the delightful garden and dining area. Very peaceful with the lovely little beach of Church Bay not far away. Well equipped for everything and thoughtful consideration has gone in the planning and organisation of the cottage. Had a good meal at Gadlys Hotel in Cemaes and the fish and chip shop there serves beautifully cooked haddock and chips. Just check it’s open when they say it will be. The ‘Coffee House Shop’, just off the main road near the school has some excellent produce if you look carefully. An Aladdin’s Cave! Very helpful staff and notice the old sign above the entrance. Plenty of history. We can recommend this delightful quirky cottage with the Boat House providing extra space if needed. Go and enjoy it!

The garden as in the photo's, is fully enclosed, only a determined dog could access the field which are on two sides of the property. The games room, accessed separately was also well appointed with board games galore and a pool table, which would be good for older children. The house welcome pack was a wonderful surprise, the wine especially, our dog also enjoyed the pack of chews, over the week. The welcome txt message from the owners was a surprise, offering help if required, nice touch. This gave me the opportunity to thank them personally.

The Welcome Pack, including something for our Collies, was very well thought out and much appreciated. The bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen well equipped for self catering. The living area was hardly used; the games room becoming our evening entertainment, including being a more comfortable place to watch TV. The decor is excellent - we were very impressed with the up-cycled handmade furniture created by the owners, Vikki and Steve. There is a brilliant blend of seating to maximise the fabulous views plus very comfortable seating in the Games Room to relax on after a busy day at the beach. We enjoyed the use of the pool table in the evenings. We were very lucky with the weather during our visit, but this did mean that we didn't need to use either of the two log-burners - perhaps we will next time! The garden is beautifully well-kept and includes seating areas to appreciate the view from. The cottage is very clean, and the towels and bedding provided are of a high standard. The Welcome Pack was lovely. Vikki and Steve were very helpful and extremely quick to reply to any queries. This cottage is excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend it. The bedrooms and bathroom are nicely presented. I was rather disappointed with the kitchen as it felt a bit rundown and the living space just wasn’t comfortable enough. The chairs and wicker sofa are uncomfortable and the whole area felt more like a caravan. Whilst the boat house is a nice edition with the games and pool table I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in there. The cottage was clean and the bedding and towels beautiful. Lovely welcome pack. Some cleaning products left too which I like. The garden is fabulous too. Sorry to be saying this but it wasn’t a patch on the cottage we stayed in last year booked through the same company and of the same rating. It is overpriced for the facilities and overall comfort.
