Nice and private with walks close by. The cottage was well equipped and clean. The guidelines were clear and useful with satnav postcodes to beaches and places recommended by the owners. Anglesey itself is Wales in miniature. This little island has it all. Gorgeous beaches, forests and country parks. I love that everyone speaks Welsh and wants to protect the language. It was very clean and tidy yet cosy and very comfortable. Everything we needed was on hand and available to us. We especially liked the large enclosed rear garden which was private and not overlooked. It's ideal for lively young dogs like our Elsie The Sprocker. The views over the garden to the nearby sea are unbeatable and off road parking on a quiet road a real bonus. The owners are both very friendly and approachable and are only a phone call away. We are seasoned cottages and really rate this accommodation in beautiful Anglesey. We hope to return soon.

From the moment we arrived it was warm and welcoming. We appreciated the Easter eggs, Bara Brith, Welsh Cakes, hot chocolate and tea and thank you to the owners for their generosity. The interior of the property was clean and decorated beautifully with the beds being warm and comfortable. The south facing decking at the back along with the large, spacious garden provided the perfect area to enjoy the sun, play games and relax with family whilst admiring the picturesque scenery. It was also ideal for Millie dog who thoroughly enjoyed being in the garden at almost all times of the day. The views were simply stunning with the beaches only a short walk away. We particular enjoyed evenings with the cosy log burner lit and watching the twinkling lights of Holyhead, as well as the arriving and departing ships. Communication with the owner was excellent and we will definitely be returning. Thank You- The Greaves and Tate family

Communications from the owner Chris were excellent prior to our arrival and whilst there, Chris was more than happy to help with anything we asked. On our arrival the cottage was lovely and warm, with a Christmas tree and some decorations up... there was also a few wrapped presents left under the tree for us, which both us and the dogs appreciated - a very nice touch. The local pub 'Church Bay Inn' was little bit odd (in our opinion) so we ended up going to the Gwesty Holland Hotel in Llanfachraeth, which was very welcoming. We had booked into the local restaurant 'The Lobster Pot' for our Anniversary on the 29th, but it was cancelled by them as they were short staffed due to covid... So booked in at the Oyster Catcher in Rhosneigr, which I can highly recommend. We had a great time and would definetly go back to this cosy, very clean cottage again.

The view as you stepped into the living space went straight beyond the garden across the sea to Holyhead, and beyond, we spent most of our holiday ,when at the cottage ,sitting on the decking looking out. Harbour lights is well portioned two good doubles and a nice single, a large seating area with wood burner and a very well equipped kitchen, lots of pans, even a cheese grater. Location is great for those into walking, the coastal path is just a field away as are two lovely beaches, and I have to mention the cream tea from the Wavecrest cafe which is a 5 minute walk away. We had amazing weather so we used the bbq and spent a lot of time in the garden, our dog was in heaven and we didn’t have to worry about her as the garden was secure. Would stay again in a heart beat, am already looking for the next opportunity.

Sitting on the terrace in the sunshine admiring the sea view was very relaxing. The cottage is well catered with pretty much everything you need provided. A problem with the electrics on arrival was dealt with very quickly after we contacted the owner. If I was to provide suggestions for improvement (to make it even better) we found the beds a bit short, and the wet room would benefit from something to stand on after having a shower, to get away from the wet floor! But these were minor niggles and we would definitely recommend a stay in this cottage.
