  • "The only reason for marking down on comfort was for the seating arrangements in the front room (but we appreciate there was 7 of us) Also the mattress in the double room downstairs was not the best, the others were fine Overall it was excellent and ideal for us with there been a large amount of kids."

The personal touches of milk, cake etc on arrival and a visit from the owner to explain a few places to visit/eat etc was very nice. We would definitely recommend and would love to visit the house again, it was in a great location for exploring the area. Some fantastic beaches only short drive from the house

Beds were comfy. Generally well equipped, only thing we missed were some trays and some clingfilm for the microwave . We would definately stay here again..our only restriction is that we can only afford holidays out of season due to the cost. Loved being able to watch Netflix. I would add that the downstairs bedroom may have been more user friendly if it had had a carpet or a rug. The dog loved the garden which was spacious. Well placed for access. Loved the way the property had been thoughtfully decorated and it felt modern. Thankyou owners and housekeeper.

  • "Great location, 5 min walk to a beach, close to amenities in Valley and Holyhead."

Lovely garden, completely safe and enclosed if you bring dogs or children, and great to see a washing line and if needed use of a dryer, but we didnt nees to use either. Comfortable garden furniture which we used as a couple of warm days during our stay. Owners close by and introduced themselves on our arrival. House large, sleeps 7. Downstairs rooms and bedrooms all hard flooring, would have been nice for some.large rugs in downstairs bedrooms and lounge just to make more cosy less echoy, well equipped kitchen, couldn't find any scissors but not a problem. Would suggest more trays to cook on eg pizza tray, chip tray and a roasting tray otherwise everything you could want is there. Two toilets is great but I think if a large family was staying another shower room or bathroom would be a consideration. However we had a lovely stay and would definitely return in the future, the estate is quiet, people friendly and lots of walks close by.

Thank you for your feedback. As we pride ourselves on cleanliness and hygiene always having a 100% feedback score we would be interested to know where the deficiencies were. It was spotlessly clean and decorated and furnished to a high standard. The enclosed garden was perfect for the children and dog to run around safely and the outside furniture and loungers a welcome addition. The beds were comfy and the shower really powerful with an abundance of hot water. A welcome pack with cake and dog treats went down well! Obviously lots of thought has gone into making it a lovely holiday home. A great spot for exploring Anglesey and we would definitely return. If you’re visiting with children would be worth bringing your own plastic plates and cups as they didn’t supply these and the house could benefit from some thicker curtains or blackout blinds if your children need darkness to sleep. We always take a stick on blackout blind so it didn’t impact our stay!! Thanks for a great week!

The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the bathroom fitted with a large walk-in shower, Downstairs toilet and washbasin also well fitted out. The owner allowed us early entry because the previous week was free. On arrival we realised the heating wasn't coming on. We rang Linda the owner who came over within 5 minutes to remedy the problem which was just an oversight. Really nice lady who was very helpful. We were a little worried as we aren't dog owners and had two children including a baby with us, but there was no indication at all that a dog had been on the premises as the house was impeccably clean throughout. The gardens are spacious and well maintained and are ideal for children. The house carries a cot and highchair which was ideal for us. Recommend this house and would love to return sometime. We have been to Anglesey many times but never stayed before and there was plenty to do and places to visit with lots of really nice clean beaches. Our eldest lives in Cornwall and said to us not to forget to pick up a bag of plastic when you go to the beach, actually we didn't find any!
