  • “House was perfect for a group of 8.”

Each bedroom having their own bathroom is a big plus. So much space, sea views and open fire. Only thing I would suggest would be shower mats for safety. Other than that, 100% would go back. Loved it.

The open-plan sitting and dining room is bright and spacious and offers excellent views through the windows.

The polished woodblock floor is sublime and the open fireplace is ideal in come the colder months to add a more cosy feel.

This leads on to a more formal dining area where you can gather everyone together for a jolly supper! The bedrooms consist of one double room and three twin rooms. Druidsmoor has two bathrooms and a shower room.

There is a loo and shower by the back door too, which is perfect for rinsing off sandy toes after a fun-filled day on the beach. The garden is enclosed and it also has a good amount of lawned space - this makes it the ideal space for children to play and for adults to relax with a cuppa, or even a glass of wine! Druidsmoor is in a brilliant location on the western coast of Anglesey.

Trearddur Bay itself is incredibly popular with holidaymakers due to its beach, traditional seaside atmosphere and because it also boasts great places to eat and drink.

Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy.
