  • "Can't fault the location and view."

The house is a lovely size to easily accommodate our party of 6 people. The plumbing does need looking at though and it could do with a lick of paint. We did notice there have been a couple of issues with leaks and plumbing previously which don't seem to have been rectified. Overall a very nice stay thank you.

  • "The position of the property is stunning, frontline with a cove across the road."

Both upstairs front rooms take full advantage of the view. It’s quirky but most appliances have straightforward instructions & there is a box file of them! The whole garden is completely enclosed and safe for dogs. There’s even a hose to wash down the car & an extremely generous welcome hamper. Fully recommended and rebooked!

However it wasn’t the cleanest of houses, and also could do with a bigger TV for the sitting room , but we still had a great week .

  • "Perfect Stay - extremely comfortable house, clean, tidy and well appointed."

Only negative was a blocked drain (bath water) which flooded out onto the back part of the parking area. Waking up to the sea views was heavenly and we would certainly return.

  • "A polite way to describe this is to say it’s a well worn holiday rental."

A lot of things needed maintenance so we left a list of things that needed to be looked at. For example, downstairs shower kept cutting out, leak in the ceiling. Leak under the sink in the main bathroom. (There were more things on the list) Couldn’t find an information book so wasn’t told when to put the bins out or how things worked in the house. The property had a nice view but that’s the only positive really. A little walk into the Bay Area but manageable and we had a child and a baby. It could be really nice but just needs some care and a good deep clean.

Fully equipped for multi family use. Close to all amenities and fully enclosed garden with parking for multiple cars and easy to access. King size Beds were so comfortable, slept very well. Bunk beds were a big hit too. Lots of crockery and glasses, multiple tv channels. Dishwasher and washing machine very welcome for family . Would book again.

It’s become a lovely tradition for us and the location is superb. The house is just perfect for us .. we love it. Previously, there has been crayons and pens and paper in the sitting room and our grandchildren ( 5 under 7 ) have loved this . This time , we presumed it would be the same nice touch again but there wasn’t any drawing materials. We would have brought our own had we known. Also, we couldn’t find a sweeping brush for the floors. We loved the golf course and we played there ( grandma and grandad ) and our final meal at the sea shanty was amazing. Hopefully, we will return next year.

  • "No info pack in cottage, beware Wednesdays!"

Window cleaner arrived 9:30, and yes we were in bed! Shortly followed by Bin lorry at 9:50, binman knocked us up and asked us to move our car so he could pull the bin out. It’s the first cottage in many a year that had no welcome pack, not even a tea bag, poor show Also light bulbs missing on arrival, found some under the sink, but arrival being after 6:00, it’s dark in February! Steps to garden are dangerous so mind your footing on them The beds are comfy, the house is warm and the kitchen well stocked. Convenient morning dog walk across the road. Whilst we completely recommend Trearddur Bay for its beach and fab eateries I’m still searching for that perfect cottage as sadly min y mor isn’t it

Very comfy beds( wanted to take mine home) Only gripe was the window was broken in the ensuite so couldn't be closed and while we were there we had very strong winds so bad draught through the door and cold. Would however return.

  • "The house is located in a fantastic location, close to all that you require."

Very comfortable and well equipped for all that you need. Upon arrival the house was ready but it wasn't the cleanest, there was no information pack on how to recycle, how to use any of the appliances, and the TV in the other room didn't work. That didn't spoil our break, but just little things like that maybe could be looked at to help anybody in the house. The house itself just needs a little TLC to bring it up to a good standard.

  • "The house was a little different than the photos."

The outside would benefit from a spruce up. Most of the windows need replacement glass units, they are badly misted and are obviously not a vacuum any more. The openers are very corroded and some are broken. I would he worried about the efficiency of the cleaners if I owned the property as we found the dishwasher full of crockery and the recycling bins full and overflowing. All these things should be managed by a maintenance company. We did sort this out and put bins on pavement for collection. Apart from these things, some of the items that were supplied for our use was in my opinion above and beyond our expectations, the house was ideal for us and we had great holiday. Location is fantastic too. Would easily book again.

The bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable but the living room soft furnishings felt quite dirty and badly stained . We had paid just over £1500 for this property so £500 per night , for this I would expect a little more. Having said that we had a lovely break and enjoyed spending time with our family .

  • "The house could have been cleaner."

We had to vacuum crumbs off the settee. A light bulb needed replacing on the landing which made it awkward at night and there wasn’t a replacement anywhere. Well equipped, particularly for cooking and eating/drinking. We didn’t have children with us but I could see it would be good for them with a separate tv room with games. It says it sleeps 10 but 4 are in two double beds in one room so maybe make that clear. All in all, it was a fabulous location and we really enjoyed our stay.

  • "This was a beautiful house in a wonderful setting."

We had trouble finding the house to begin with but the 'three words' address did just the trick to help us locate it. And it really is accurate to say it's directly opposite the distinctive house across the bay - what a view to wake up to each morning! With a couple of dogs and children, the bay was a real bonus, somewhere to go to stretch legs first thing in the morning and last thing at night - though we obviously spent a lot longer on the bay during the day. We made use of all the houses facilities - washing machine, bbq, board games - it really is a fantastic setting for the perfect family holiday. We hope to return next year, thank you!!

  • "We had a fabulous holiday, the house is well stocked with anything you need especially kitchen utensils."

There were a few areas that let the house down, some of the doors would not shut and the downstairs bathroom shut but wouldn't open when inside. The windows were really dirty so couldn't see out properly, outside i can understand but i cleaned several inside ones to get a better view. A couple of sinks upstairs wiukd not drain due to the amount of hair etc blocking the plug. On removing the bedding some of the pillars were disgusting and need replacing. On the whole though its a lovely house in a fabulous setting, it was comfortable and i adore the fidge. We spent alot of time sitting in the front porch, no matter how cool it was with the sun out its a real suntrap. I love the rocky coves especially if yo walk along the cliff to the right, lots of coves with noone around. If you like jets your in the right place as they fly over during the day, definitely visit valley RAF watching the planes land and take off is an amazing experience. It was great having a garden and safe for dogs and children to run around supervised, both gates wired so your dog cannot get through. I would advise caution on the steps out the back door with young chikdren or the old or infirm, my dad could not manage them but the front was fine. If you like to cook then you'll love the kitchen, its equipped with everything you could ask for. The water was nice and warm in all showers etc and the house is equipped with lots of electric heaters so if you just wanted one on in one area instead of central heating on everywhere they were very good, also you have ample parking and several supermarkets just a couple of miles away .

  • "There was very poor mobile phone signal at the house."

Unfortunately I didnt get a voicemail left by your team asking if it was OK to send a workman round on the Thursday afternoon until I took my phone upstairs at bedtime. I did try to ring your office yesterday morning at 9amto reply to your request to ring you and was put on hold, hung on for about 5 minutes but nobody answered so I hung up as we were in the middle of packing to go home. House was very comfortable and well stocked with equipment. It was clean and attractivly decorated. However although all the nick backs around looked nice it meant there wasn't much space to put your own things, especially in the bedrooms. The bedroom with thecensuite was very light, it needs a blind on the round window and on the window to the ensuite as once the sun came up it woke us up, much too early for on holiday! The towels were rather thin and past their best so new ones would be good.Colouring books, games, buckets, nets etc we're appreciated and used by our grandson. Deckchairs for nice garden we're good too. Only things we couldn't find in kitchen was a colander and teapot, but loads of plates glasses cutlery cooking utensils which was great. TV in lounge a bit small. Some of the windows didn't shut properly but we think this was being fixed as we left. Not all burners on hob worked. Location excellent, lovely views, shingle Bay across road, cliff walks opposite, main sandy Bay an easy ten minutes walk, two big supermarkets a few minutes drive away. House easy to find. Friendly neighbours on both sides of property. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Thank you.

The front windows need replacing as lots of condensation between the double glazing which meant the lovely sea view wasn't as visible when we were sat down. Having said that, the property is in a brilliant location and is lovely and warm.
