“We had a lovely short break staying in this really comfortable and beautifully furnished property.”

The welcome hamper was much appreciated as was the thoughtful card left for our arrival. It is well situated and although the weather was not the best we had a cosy fire to sit by on our return from the amazing coastal walks.Everything had been well thought out and the owner was keen that we had every comfort. We`d love to return in the future.

The property

This beautiful detached house provides a lovely space for a family to gather together and enjoy a break away at the seaside in Trearddur Bay, a charming village and coastal resort on Holy Island in North Wales.

With a range of four bedrooms, and a unique balcony offering views out to the Snowdonia mountains, it is a picture perfect treat.

Make yourself at home within the welcoming interior, relax in the sitting room which enjoys harmonious hues of creams and blues alongside dark wood furniture, echoing the coastal location, you can turn on the gas fire and settle into one of the sofas next to your loved ones.

Over in the kitchen, there are a wealth of appliances including a large electric oven with a gas hob on top, while breakfast bar sits in the corner perfect for perching with a glass of wine in the evening, before dinner is served in the dining room atop a charming table surrounded by matching chairs.

This room leads into the large conservatory, where more seating awaits, it offers a bright and spacious spot to enjoy on a sunny day, leading out to the large lawned garden, where a patio offers somewhere to dine alfresco at the outdoor furniture, or simple lounge in the sun.

If you have to bring some work on holiday with you, then the study offers a quiet room where you can sit at the classic bureau and leather office chair to do what you need to, before getting back to the fun.

Choose from four bedrooms to rest in at the end of the day, including a king-size sleigh bed in the first bedroom which benefits from an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom with a luxurious crushed velvet bed frame with matching curtains, and two single rooms, one with access to the amazing rooftop balcony.

Here you can sit out with an evening drink and watch the sun go down over the surrounding countryside, with views out to the distant Snowdonia mountain range setting a beautiful scene.

Treaddur Bay beach is just a short walk away as well as the shops and pubs, so everything is within reach, enjoy lying on the golden sands in the sun, taking walks along the beach and swimming in the sea.

Children will love exploring the rock pools and coves, and making sandcastles, and adults who like to tee up can head to the Holyhead Golf Club for a scenic round on the course.

In Holyhead town centre you can find the Holyhead Maritime Museum, the pretty marina, and a wider choice of shops and restaurants to entertain.

Inland View is a wonderful choice for a family holiday in Trearddur Bay making memories to last a lifetime.

About the location

TREARDDUR BAY

Holyhead 2 miles.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
