  • "This is a lovely holiday cottage in a great location away from the crowds."

The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The private patio area overlooking the fields was a real bonus, complete with a range of garden furniture which we got plenty of use from, thanks to the lovely weather. We would definitely stay there again.

  • "Beautiful cottage in a perfect location of Anglesey."

Hosts were very welcoming and happy to help. 20 minutes from Newborough Forest Area. Clean and comfortable with plenty of extras ie hand wash, towels, linen, salt / pepper etc. Would like a full length mirror in the wallway opposite to a bedroom entrance, an additional tv in one of the bedrooms and more coathooks on the back of utility door. Would definitely recommend and plan a revisit in the future. Thank you

  • "Absolutey wonderful holiday."

The venue was like a five star hotel in a quiet location with a country house, homely feel. The hosts were welcoming and charming and we’ll most definitely stay here again. I really can’t recommend the location enough. It was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had and all the main attractions were close by. Coming out of lockdown, we felt safe and reassured in the gated accommodation.

  • "Clean and cosy cottage, ideal for the two of us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay."

Quiet location, with a view over a field of grazing sheep but only 10 minutes walk into Valley for a good bistro (Catch 22), pubs, take-aways, a few local shops, etc. A short drive to Holyhead for bigger supermarkets and more facilities and easy access to dual carriageway for exploring further afield. Certainly recommended and ideal for exploring Anglesey.

  • "The Old Laundry is small, but perfectly formed."

A very comfortable and well appointed holiday home, not far from the main road to Holyhead but surrounded by views of countryside and only 15 minutes walk to the nearest shops. The Around Anglesey pathway is very close. The Old Laundry is part of a larger complex of main house and several other holiday cottages, but each is totally private. The owner lives on site and she is very helpful.

  • "Absolutely perfect for a couple."

Although part of several lets the Old Laundry was completely self contained and private. Everything that was needed for a self catering holiday and the accommodation was finished to a high spec. Convenient location close to A5 for visiting other places on Angelsey.

  • "The only slight drawback on the holiday was that the Wi-Fi signal wasn't too good."

I also think that it would be helpful if it was mentioned in the advert for future listings that the bedding and pillows are feather as me and my daughter found it irritated our asthma and skin. If we had known we could have brought our own bedding. But the cottage and location were excellent and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in returning for a future holiday
