Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just one mile from the small village of Valley on the North West coast of Anglesey, Cleifiog Cottages comprise the imaginative restoration of three beautiful cottages, set within a private gated entrance in the grounds of a 16th century country house, in a rural setting but also close enough to a wide range of local amenities. Each cottage has been lovingly and individually styled with high quality furnishings to create its own distinctive charm, and all three include their own private patio where guests can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of their beautiful surroundings. A leisurely fifteen minute stroll will take you to the centre of Valley which is well serviced with a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The area is a haven for walkers and cyclists alike, with the Anglesey Coastal Path being just a short walk from the cottages which offers plenty of scenic walks, as well as numerous cycle routes including the North Wales Coastal Route which runs from Holyhead to Chester. The popular beach resorts of Trearddur Bay, Rhoscolyn and Rhosneigr are easily reached and feature award-winning sandy beaches with plenty of opportunities to try your hand at some of the many watersports on offer. Other nearby attractions include the South Stack Lighthouse with its RSPB Reserve, and the port of Holyhead with a good selection of amenities is only three miles away. Cleifiog Cottages provide the perfect retreat for couples and friends searching for that extra-special break in a truly wonderful location.

This lovely and quirky cottage is attached to the owner’s home but has its own separate access and a private patio with views towards the Inland Sea.

There are three comfortable bedrooms, a super king-size double which can be converted into a twin is located on the ground floor and an external staircase leads to two further bedrooms, both benefiting from TVs and en-suite facilities.

The delightful open plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa.

French doors lead to a private patio where you can enjoy the beautiful countryside with a glass of your favourite tipple.

Valley is a popular village on the north west coast of Anglesey. It is on the Anglesey Coastal Path with plenty of wonderfully scenic walks. The village boasts a variety of shops and restaurants, two hotels and a café, and is only four miles from the renowned beach resort of Trearddur Bay and Rhoscolyn. Here you will find a beautiful sweep of grassy coastline with rocky coves and award-winning sandy beaches, as well as a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. Other nearby attractions include the South Stack Lighthouse with its RSPB Reserve, the port of Holyhead, with its regular ferry links with Dublin in Ireland, and easy access to the coast road around Anglesey with delightful beaches to visit and a host of other attractions to please the most discerning of visitors.
