They were very helpful and left phone numbers in case we had problems. We didn't. Except some pretty stormy weather, but they weren't responsible for that! Unfortunately we were not once able to sit out on the balcony and sometimes the view of the Strait was obscured by torrential rain! Very good accommodation in a very convenient location. Its important to note that the property is on 3 floors, 2 flights of stairs from front door to kitchen and lounge might be a problem for some. We were aware as the property details explain this.
