“Lovely cottage, very peaceful surroundings but not too remote.”
Lovely comfy beds and airy light rooms. Well equipped cottage with everything you need. Dishwasher door has issue and shuts like arkwright's till in open all hour's, constant source of amusement when shutting it! Back garden overlooks the Loch where we saw eagles, seals, otters, and lots of birds, boats going by etc. Extremely beautiful setting with dark skies at night, so be prepared to go out and look at them, really amazing. House nice and warm with extra heating if need be. Really solid ...
Really solid rustic dinning table to enjoy meals whilst over looking the Loch. Good fridge freezer. Deep bath, shower not a power shower but adequate, as water comes straight of the mountain. Comfortable settees and dads and games. Plenty of lighting too. DELIGHTFUL holiday, and Oban a few miles up the road. The loch it tidal and opens out into the sea at the Connell bridge. Plenty to see and do roundabout. We can really recommend this lovely place and will no doubt be rebooking. Downside only that we asked for two doubles but did not get them, and got twin and a double instead despite contacting owner before. Internet OK. Tv needs connecting to WiFi and Dyson cleaner did not work at all.also curtains in twin room are not attached to wall properly so they need fixing as they come off when you try to draw them. These are minor things the owner should address urgently.
