The property

Oban 13 miles.

Sonas is a wonderful terraced cottage located in Bonawe near Benderloch, Argyll and Bute, and situated in the stunning Scottish countryside.

With the interior boasting lovely artwork in each room and a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy during your stay.

Step into the sitting room which has a large grey sofa and a flat screen TV - a cosy place to relax after a long day sightseeing.

The dining area sits to the rear of the room with seating for four people.

Gather around and enjoy a lovely family meal together.

The kitchen offers modern wooden units and sleek black worktop, with a range of high-quality appliances.

The ground floor also hosts a family bathroom, with a bath and shower over, so you can choose how best to start your day.

Of an evening, you can take a relaxing soak in the tub and wash away those tired muscles.

Upstairs has two bedrooms; both super king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request.

Both bedrooms showcase a wonderful canvas art feature above the beds, which gives the property a wealth of character and coincides with the lightly painted walls.

With a convenient dressing table so you can prepare for your day in style.

Outside has a front and rear stone garden area, with a bench in front, so you can sit out of a morning, with a cup of tea and enjoy the countryside views.

There is off-road parking available to the rear of the property.

Venture into the bustling town of Oban, only 13 miles away and discover many local attractions.

McCaig's Tower is a large stone tower, which dates back to 1897 and is open to the public year-round.

With an inner landscaped garden and panoramic views across the town and Oban Bay.

About the location


Oban 7 miles.

The village of Benderloch lies on the north side of Loch Etive in the West Highlands of Scotland, and forms part of the Lynn of Lorn National Scenic Area. Next to the coast and surrounded by spectacular scenery and views, Benderloch is served by a general store and two restaurants, a tea room and also boasts a Nature Reserve and forest walks. A short drive north is Castle Stalker, dramatically rising out of the water and well worth a visit, while Ardchattan Priory Garden, dating back to the 13th century, has neutral soil and a temperate climate, which allow many fascinating species to grow. With the busy town of Oban only 7 miles to the south and the Inner Hebrides only a ferry ride away, there is much to see and do in this beautiful part of Scotland.
