“We were very impressed by the standard of this apartment, and we had a lovely week's holiday.”

We enjoyed visits to the marvellous Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery in Glasgow, travelling by train and subway ( very easy!) , and to the Scottish Maritime Museum in Irvine; we also toured by car around Lochs Lomond, Fyne, and Eck, returning by ferry from Dublin to Gourock, seeing some magnificent scenery along the way. ...

We also spent a day on Great Cumbrae , and I loved the island so much I went back for a second visit, exploring as much as I could on foot. It's a peaceful and unspoilt lace, great for cycling and bird watching, and only 10- 15 minutes away by ferry.
