You can access the lodge up a ramp which then takes you into the hallway of the property.
There are three bedrooms with the flexibility of double beds and adult bunks with a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom.
The hallway leads you into the open plan living area with plenty of comfy sofas and a good sized dining table and chairs as well as a kitchen area which is well-equipped with everything you need for your stay.
From the living area are great views of the expansive beach with views further afield of Arran and French doors lead out onto an enclosed decked area with a picnic bench, again with great views of the beach.
Within the grounds is a communal utility room with laundry facilities, all gated off away from the main road.
The lodge has easy access to the expansive beach, which is a sandy beach with some rocky areas, great for a fun day out including beach games and a beach picnic.
A short walk takes you to Seamill itself with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants to visit.
For an escape you can visit the Seamill Hydro Hotel with its own swimming pool and spa facilities to enjoy.
For golf enthusiasts, there is the West Kilbride Golf Club to visit, which has a putting practice green and an eighteen hole course.
A little further afield takes you to the historic port town of Ardrossan with its marina and good selection of bars and restaurants.
Ardrossan is home to a ferry port with regular services to the Isle of Arran.
