  • "A very comfortable and homely cottage in a nice quiet village with interesting artefacts."

The gardens was a no go area as my knees aren’t up to it but nothing can be done there. My only concern was the very hot water.

  • "There’s no WiFi in the cottage which wasn’t advertised on the site."

A curtain at the back door & window wld have been lovely as I felt the living area was left exposed @ night, other than that...I’d a lovely stay, a beautiful area within a cosy little cottage.

  • "Unfortunately due to ill health we had to leave on the Wednesday, informing owner and cleaning cottage."

We picked up at home that you had contacted us at the cottage about leaving and what to do, with no WiFi in the cottage this was pointless. We wrongly assumed there would have been this facility. We also wrongly assumed there would have been a microwave.

Cosy and warm. Parking was easy right opposite front door. Quiet spot as not on main road but close to it. Excellent shower. Pleasant village but no pub.
