  • "This is a wonderful little cottage, super clean and comfortable."

Owners, Vicky and Colin, are a lovely couple. On hand if needed with great advise on where to eat and the best routes to take, but also respect your privacy. The location is perfect for exploring the left and right of Dumfries and Galloway and is warm and welcoming to return home to. Everything has been thought of. The compact kitchen area has ample utensils and equipment, I did not find anything missing. The bed is so comfy, the bathroom a delight with complimentary products and warm fluffy towels and a very generous welcome basket awaited our arrival. You won't be disappointed staying here! Amazing, thank you!

  • "Holly's Hideaway was perfect for our tranquil winter break."

The cottage was of a very high standard: well equiped, nicely decorated and set in a beautiful part of the countryside within easy reach of the main towns and coastal areas. The extra little touches were appreciated too. Waking up to the view from the front window was a joy.

Thank you for the amazing feedback we really appreciate it. We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful unspoilt area of South West Scotland. Property Owner
