“East Lodge was a wonderful ...”

East Lodge was a wonderful experience . The cottage was of a very high standard with welcoming owners . The setting was amazing , nestling in forest with widlife all around . Although we were unable to take advantage of the walking surrounding the cottage it is an outstanding feature that will appeal to country lovers and families looking for something different . It is well situated to explore the Borders and the rich history of the area . We would recommend it highly .
