“Beautifully restored cottage, so well equipped, we were in want for nothing.”

The quiet ambiance of the garden with all the little birds flitting about alongside the babbling brook made us want to be there in summer to enjoy the garden to its fullest.

The quiet ambiance of the garden with all the little birds flitting about alongside the babbling brook made us want to be there in summer to enjoy the garden to its fullest. The wood fire made the cottage exceedingly warm and cosy and the wood pile was generously stocked. As a base to see the Galloway attractions it was central and convenient. Thanks Johnathan, this is one of the nicest cottages we've ever stayed in!
