A beautiful stone cottage with a huge back garden and very spacious inside. We were amazed to find such an idyllic village tucked away from the A1, easy for visiting Peterborough and beyond and for RSPB sites. It was really warm and cosy with plenty of wood for the burner if required. The bedrooms were bigger than the photos suggested and the large upstairs landing a lovely space. It was great to have a bath during which you could see the beautiful magnolia tree from the window right next to you! The bedroom doors were low so there were a few bumped heads but it all added to the charm! A modern pub (The Cuckoo), 2min walk away was friendly with a great menu. Would gladly return again if we wanted to visit that area again.
