  • "The cottage was absolutely lovely, very well laid out with everything you could want."

Andy and Ann were very pleasant and greeted us on arrival and checked the following day just to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They left an arrival pack which was more than anyone could expect and I would not hesitate in booking again. Thank you very much . Wish you all the very best Chris.

  • "Little London Norfolk cottage, perfect escapism the cottage has been renovated to a very high standard, it was spotlessly clean."

The bed was very comfortable, we both slept extremely well. Very peaceful cottage as it is tucked away at the bottom of the owners drive. What made it extra special was the fact that Ann and Andy had left us cake, cookies, fudge, chocolates, breakfast supplies, Slippers, dressing gowns and toiletries that you might expect from a Luxury hotel. Thanks again. The location is perfect for exploring Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, we would definitely recommend a trip to Holkham, it has a beautiful beach and wonderful hall to explore. Cambridge botanical gardens was good and walking around near the colleges.

  • "The cottage was on the edge of a quiet village."

It was comfortable and Ann and Andy were very friendly and welcoming. They provided extra touches like slippers and big towelling dressing gowns. They also provided cake, biscuits and fudge and there was bread, milk, butter and cereals provided to welcome us. We had a lovely time exploring Norfolk and parts of Cambridgeshire and at the end of the day we had a cosy, comfortable cottage to return to. The little garden was also pretty, we had two visitors while we were there a fox and a small deer. I would definitely recommend staying at Little London.

  • "To say that’Little London’ was superb is really an understatement."

The hosts went to great lengths to make our stay, it’s always nice to have a welcome pack, however Andy and Ann exceeded this, not only did we have milk, bread, butter, there were cake, biscuits, fudge, marmite, cereal, coffe, tea, an array of jams and sauces, plus bathroom toiletries and lots of other little extras. The cleanliness, comfort, decor and style is second to none. If the weather had been nicer we would have enjoyed sitting out in the secluded garden and perhaps utilising the barbecue set which was also included. We used it as a base to visit places, including Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Hunstanton, Wells, Cromer, Sheringham. We would highly recommend this holiday let and would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

This is the second time we have stayed here & the same high standards applied. Ann & Andy, the property owners, are absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. As we have mobility issues Andy was so caring he helped unload the car which was greatly appreciated. They have gone to the limit of care ensuring the Covid standards are met completely, They truly deserve the Covid certificate! Excellent property, excellent owners, excellent holiday. Highly recommend! We shall return, thank you.

  • "A lovely cottage - very well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable."

Ann and Andy were very friendly and helpful owners who also left us an extremely generous 'welcome' pack of provisions (plus a Christmas Tree!). It was also quiet and peaceful and the garden looked to be private and pleasant for the warmer months. Southery is an ordinary Fenland village but was ideal for us for visiting family and is within easy reach of places of interest in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. Most enjoyable - we hope to return.

V confortable bed, excellent bathroom, well appointed kitchen, private garden space just for the cottage (with the added bonus of an occasional visit from a Mountjac deer!). Hosts are friendly and on hand if needed but leave you to enjoy your stay in peace. Good location, days out in Cambridge, local National Trust properties etc. Plenty to see and do locally. We had an excellent week, so restful, we would love to return . Many thanks to Ann and Andy!

The owners Ann and Andy were excellent hosts. Despite being next door, they were unobtrusive, but available if needed, and the cottage has been set up to ensure privacy, with a private back garden which catches the sun. We loved our stay here, and particularly appreciated secure bike storage provided for our tandem pushbike. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The photos on the web truely reflected the interior, some web pages we've looked it must have taken the photots with a VERY wide angle lens, if you get our meaning. Ann & Andy really made us welcome, with thoughtful little touches like bread, butter and milk in the fridge, jams and biscuits to 'sweeten' your arrival, we cannot add more how much we really felt at home. If we are to be totally honest the USAF fly over now and again, not too much of an inconvenience although I regret not bringing my binoculars!! (But then I'm a plane nut) If you enjoy peace and quiet you'll love this little haven, and we actually saw a small deer in the garden. Thank you Ann & Andy.

There was absolutely nothing about the property that we would want changed. It was superb, the best we have ever rented. Their massive garden was always available for us to walk around and the small private, enclosed garden for the 'cottage' was delightful and a sun trap. It had tables, a barbecue and sun loungers. All crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and all other kitchen/dining requirements, of which there was ample for 2 people, were of good quality.
