Very clean and tidy with a great big comfortable bed and very good value for money.
"We had a great week in the lodge, the owners were very helpful and obliging."
A very peaceful place e to unwind. The only slight criticAl problem is I would sacrifice the very large bed so a more comfortable seating could be available. But on the whole a very nice place to stay we hope to return.
"The accommodation is fantastic, it has everything you need and even more than you would expect, it has great spacing, the bed is very comfortable and the layout and look of the accommodation is very modern, bright and extremely clean!"
It feels very homely and we had an extremely lovely stay, the village the accommodation is located in is also very nice and peaceful, and the owners are extremely lovely, who made us feel very welcome and were so nice when we were leaving, I would definitely recommend staying here, we would love to go back one day!
"If you like a place dominated by a huge bed."
Comfort provided by 2 repainted conservatory chairs and an eating area 2ft square then this is the place for you Clearly the owners have not taken on board what other guests have said. The photos on the website make the apartment look more spacious.
"Very peaceful area."
I couldn't give a higher comfort mark due to chairs in sitting area otherwise fine
"It would have been good to have a proper table to sit and eat at rather than a breakfast bar."
Perhaps a smaller bed would have allowed more room for one.
"Great little cottage with everything you need for your stay."
Good location for touring around North Norfolk. Owners very helpful and friendly. Great value for money.
"I've stayed in many self catering accommodations, but never seen one with such an excellent kitchen facility."
Everything I could want was there. Welcome was good. All as stated but generally exceeded expectations.
"Really nice accommodation but no where to sit outside in the very hot weather or to relax outside ."
Very modern and clean and different to stay in refurbished garage/ lodge. Surrounding village is quiet with nice local shop and pub provides very basic food choice. Overall great for a base to start from to visit area.

About the location
Sandringham 9 miles; Snettisham 13.4 miles; Hunstanton 17 miles.
King's Lynn is a historic, medieval port dating back to the 12th century, situated on the River Great Ouse. A treasure trove for history lovers, the town boasts grand merchant houses, art galleries and museums, and the Custom House, built by Henry Bell in 1683, which is a Grade I listed building. The town retains its original winding streets and alleys, and boasts good shopping facilities, with a combination of national retailers and specialist shops, along with a selection of pubs and restaurants. Much of the surrounding Norfolk countryside is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the West Norfolk coastline within easy driving distance. Hunstanton, in particular, is renowned for its sunsets and lovely beaches. Boat trips are available from several points along the coast, while the Norfolk Coast Cycleway runs from King's Lynn to Cromer. The impressive Visitor Centre at The Queen's fabulous country retreat, Sandringham, is also a short drive away and well worth a visit.
