Welney is a small village on the border of Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. Welney sits on the edge of The Fens with an attractive local pub. The area surrounding Welney is low lying and is home to the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT) reserve in the Ouse Washes. The historic city of Ely is just a short drive away and is home to Ely’s beautiful cathedral with its unique Octagonal tower.
